  Horrifically dirty office. Shockingly neglectful in its dental practice. They engage in predatory practices, taking advantage of lower-income individuals, as this is the only game in town for the Medicaid option. If you ask to speak to a supervisor about a concern, they will NEVER allow you to do so, and then will dismiss you from the practice by lying and claiming you were "hostile." READ the other reviews--they all say the same thing. I went there one time. The cleaning was traumatizing, with the dental hygienist rushing through, extremely aggressive; she also used a tool on my crown that damages the crown and is not supposed to be used. The crown cost me $1k+ out of pocket. I messaged through the online system at least a half-dozen times over 6 months, but no one ever responded. I called a couple times and was told a supervisor would contact me, but no one ever did. I then reported my concerns to the Office of Professional Misconduct. The OPM told me on a Thursday that they would be retrieving my records from the practice to investigate. I was mysteriously dismissed from the practice two business days later. When I didn't receive confirmation of my appt that Tuesday, I called and was told I'd been dismissed from the practice for "hostile behavior." All of my phone calls are recorded (all polite). I filed a complaint with the health insurer. The health insurer stated Wilson Dental claimed to have sent me a termination notice (required by law). In fact, only after my complaint to the insurer did they send the notice, clearly dated AFTER they falsely told the health insurer it had already been sent.

  The office has called me so many times to reschedule my daughter’s appointments that she wouldn’t be seen to have a cavity filled until she had her annual exam and cleaning done. Well, exam and cleaning done and was scheduled for a fill on the same day but AGAIN her filling had to be rescheduled MONTHS OUT AGAIN! Finally today is the day before her appointment and was called to reschedule for March 2025. Asked to speak to an office manager and was told that she would say the same thing that the provider will not be in and March 2025 is the next opening. NEVER have I EVER delt with such an unprofessional establishment! Wilson Dental needs to really get it together. I will not be”rescheduling “ with them again and now I have to find a dentist who will accept new patients and mostly likely pay out of pocket. Money I don’t have! This place really made me feel like my family and I are from the bottom of the barrel! Not really sure how Wilson Dental is even a running business at this point. I could go on and on but it won’t make a difference. Please listen to the reviews before attempting to make an appointment. Try to find another facility if you can. Good luck.

  worst dentist office i ever been to there were over 30 people there waiting 2-3 hours after their scheduled appointment time to even be seen i waited tWo hours kept going to the front desk she told me i was next everytime the guy next to her said he called me 15 minutes ago nobody came from the back and even called my name

  Great dentistry. Not so much on the customer service. Your dollar is what is important to this group. Got family? Kids? Ailments? Your Job is not priority over their job. Don't miss appointments or you get charged $50, even if you call and leave a voicemail before they open, doing your best to reach out. You will be relentlessly emailed, postmailed, and called until you pay. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Enjoy the free lunch on me.

  Saw Wilson dental in 2020. They did not fix my issue. I called them for weeks, and they never returned my call. Finally resulted in emergency room visit and an emergency root canal. Then four years later, they send me a bill which is after the timeframe that is allowed to submit it to the insurance company. Skeezy way to run a business.

  Very unprofessional , doctors don’t explain to you what you’re getting done . I recently drop going here due to the doctor telling me I have 8 cavity’s got a 2nd opinion and they gave me false information regarding my teeth . Once I got a 2nd opinion I was told I only had one cavity . I had appointments set up and always get canceled the day before or day of and don’t tell you why . Never would recommend this place for anyone . The workers just stare at you and don’t say anything very unprofessional. Never going back here again

  The worst dental office shoukd be shut down. Had an appointment for 2:30 wa never called back to be seen even after i went to the window twice was called to the door to be seen at 3:55 for a 15 minute procedure dentures. In the process i had gaged and pucked on my self because of the denture goo being forced down my throat and being smeared into my mustache and goatee as being told that i need to have shaven my face for this procedure, my facial hair is part of my religion noris pagen. After top plate was removed was told that they beeded to do it a total of 3 times. To remove the top plate it took 2 the doctor and her assistant to remove the plate from my gum.

  0 stars. Apparently I had to give at least 1 star. Not deserved at all. Unprofessional would be a generous way to describe my experience here. Rude and disrespectful on so many levels. My new dentist has been trying for almost a month to get my dental X-rays from Wilson Dental. Horrific experience. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This place needs to be shut down beyond the customer service being so unprofessional and rude. The place was unsanitary. No soap in the bathroom. Bathrooms were disgusting. Waiting room was disgusting with stains wet stains on the carpets and ceilings no AC no hand sanitizer, no facemasks provided two water fountains that do not work but they did managed to put signs on the wall for social distancing. Which I found funny because of the poor air circulation, no masks, no hand sanitizer and a place being so unsanitary with hard stain chairs stacked up next to each other

  Horrid. Over worked and under staffed!! My last visit the dentist burned my sons mouth with a hot drill. I asked them to file an incident report but he denied it due to him wanting to take pictures to protect his practice. When I felt uncomfortable to return to him. He then said it must not have been that serious they didn’t get their picture. But I reported the same day the injury. This place needs to be shut down. My son had a cavity. They filled it. It then fell out then they said it’s a route canal and there is nothing they can do bc it’s an adult tooth. What a joke.
