    I don’t know what Fit LLC is and never authorized them to collect from my *** *** account. I just realized several payments were deducted from my account totaling $306.90. I have never subscribed to or used whatever they are selling. I would like my subscription cancelled and my money refunded.

    I checked my account balance and it was minus $22. I checked my payments. There was a $99 charge from this company. I never even heard of them. I want my money back. I live on Social Security and this is causing a problem for me.

    I didn't know what Fit Chose was until I researched it on the internet. I have never signed up for this services. I also notices that this is the third time they took out $49.00 for this services.

    Our products are digital and are sent via email to the address provided by the customer.  This transaction is for a renewal of this customer's subscription. A renewal provides continued access to their previously delivered meal plan.  Our access logs show that the customer has received and accessed their purchase.  This dispute is not valid because the cardholder did not withdraw permission to charge their account for the agreed upon transactions. According to our terms and conditions, the cardholder agreed to the recurring transactions for our products and services and authorized each subsequent transaction. All customers complete an online questionnaire prior to purchase. This user provided information is stored in their user profile and is used to create their meal plan.  We have canceled this customer's subscription so there will be no further charges. They will have access to their purchase until it expires.  The customer did not contact us to cancel their subscription prior to their renewal date.  We have no contact from this customer to our Customer Support requesting a cancellation or refund of their purchase.  This product is only available for purchase after having completed their initial meal plan subscription purchase and is a supplemental and elective purchase that is offered to all of our customers.  There is nothing to send as the renewal provides continued access to their initial purchase.  The customer was not refunded because they haven’t met the conditions of our Money Back Guarantee. We do not offer or market that we provide prepared food or groceries for delivery.  Our meal plans include recipes for 3 meals and a snack per day for the duration of their subscription.

    Recent automatic payments have occurred from my bank account. There us no website to log into to research what the charges are for or to cancel.

    I just noticed 3 automatic monthly payments on my credit card. I never have even heard about this company before. I would like to know also if someone is getting food under my name. Thank you

    I signed up for a trial use of the diet meal plan. Looked at it and decided it really did not offer a low carb plan as advertised, nor did it have the diet restrictions I included in my survey sign up. I was charged in July for the auot-renewing subscription and canceled it in Sept. Now in Oct I was charged again. I have requested a refund. No response on the status of a refund yet. I have had to cancel the subscription through my bank now, because canceling with Fit Choice did not keep me from being charged again!

    We do not have any record of contact form your requesting a cancellation. We only see that you contacted us shortly after you purchased with a question about pricing. As we received no request for cancellation nor was one completed online by you through your account, your subscription was still active and renewed as stated at purchase and in our Terms. Our nutritionists and or customer support can assist you to make any changes you'd like with your meal plan. Alternatively, you can make changes to your meal plan yourself directly in your meal plan. So there will be no further charges we have cancelled your subscription. You will have access to it until Jan 20, 2023. Please reach out to our customer support if you need any further assistance.

    This customer initially purchase their 3 month subscription in Nov 2020. All of our programs are sold as recurring subscriptions. We have previous contact from them from shortly after their purchase and they were give access information and their email address was updated as requested by them. We were never contacted with a request to cancel this subscription. This and any renewal charges are non-refundable at this point as they are all well outside of our 90 day money-back guarantee.

    This charge was for a renewal of their subscription which was initially purchased on May 10, 2022. All of our meal plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. Transparency is key for us. We make sure to highlight all the pricing details at the checkout; they would also have received a confirmation email with all the details of the subscription after the initial payment. To avoid any kind of misunderstanding we make sure to highlight the pricing and subscription details before the payment is completed. Please see attached screenshot of the purchase flow which shows the subscription selection and then the final payment page. As we offer a generous 90 day Money Back Guarantee, this charge is not eligible for a refund. The guarantee is only applicable to your initial purchase and renewal charges are non-refundable. We have cancelled their subscription so there will be no further charges and they will have access to their purchase until Sept. 10, 2022.
