Neat, punctual, very friendly and willing to address all of our concerns Great cell crew: Jim, Steve, Jamie, Okay, & Joe. Great foam crew: Arik, & Rico. Secured and locked up when finished, can't say enough about how pleased we were. No shortcuts were taken. Went above and beyond. We have had Wise Energy insulate sections of our home and recently have had them install an air source heat pump and new water heater. From beginning to end, they were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. We had a touchy situation with a neighbor and Wise Energy's owner, Jeff, was very helpful as was Ryan. They both went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a company. They truly cared that the situation was resolved, ensuring the best outcome for all. We couldn't be happier with Wise Home Energy. Ryan Puckett did our energy efficiency assessment and he was fantastic: knowledgeable, dependable in that he came when he said he would and followed up when he said he would. And then the team that did the installation of our new whole-house heat pump (furnace!) was amazing. Tom (I wish I knew his last name!) was the lead, and knew everything -- knew the system inside and out, and fashioned new parts for us as needed. Fixed pre-existing problems with our dehumidifier. Everyone was friendly, smart, and reliable. I am told that they are not the least expensive, and perhaps not the fastest to get to you, BUT they did exceptional work of the highest integrity.Wise Home Energy, LLC Response
