    I went into Fashionable Fireplaces showroom looking for a gas insert and I ended up talking to Jack and found him to be very knowledgeable in every aspect and was able to answer any questions I had. I had been to a few other places and there was nobody who could answer the questions I had the way Jack did. He took the time to explain everything and wasn't trying to just sell me something just to make a sale. The other places I visited didn't have the knowledge and couldn't answer the questions I needed answered, it seemed they were just trying to sell me anything they could. I felt very comfortable with him and knew him to be an honest man which made me make an estimate appointment to which we also ended up purchasing a unit. Also, it was nice to call a business and actually speak to a person and I have to mention how pleasant she was and explained what we needed to do when we come in to make our experience much easier. I definitely recommend Fashionable Fireplaces to anyone who is looking for a fireplace as I was extremely impressed with everything about them.
