    I rented a tuxedo for a wedding from vittorios . It was under the bride and grooms name so I didn’t have a choice as to where I went to rent. It was $312. And change. It came with shoes,pants coat,vest, undershirt and a bow tie. They spelled the grooms name wrong , so they couldn’t find the wedding that was the first thing wrong . So I pick up everything and all is well . I get everything on day of the wedding everything was great. Then right before the reception I went to retuck in my shirt and adjust my pants and the zipper on the adjustment broke and sewing coming out and my pants were very loose the rest of the night . Luckily someone had suspenders so I used those . Other people in the wedding had issues with their stuff too. So I take the suit back and explain everything. She gives me excuses that 100s of people wear these suits and that bride and groom had my number they should have called me. So she takes my name and number and says you will get a call today or tomorrow about the refund as it’s a company called incognito that does the wedding packages I did not receive a call that next day and have yet to hear from them. I want my refund whatever it may be asap please

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I just talked to them today and got the refund…so I would like to withdrawal the bbb complaint …a little communication would have helped the situation  Regards, *** ******
