- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase. Orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 12% freight fee prior to refund, or a 100% store credit towards a future purchase. Upon delivery, product is no longer eligible for return. For the duration of the manufacturer's warranty, parts and labor will be covered to return the product to showroom standards; however, refunds/exchanges or reselections are not permitted.
