      This is for their website! I hate their website. Not only did they do away with the gluten free selection under wellness under search But when i type something out and his enter- it choses what it wants me to search for. I was searching for decaf green tea and the search selected decaf coffee pods. What??? I hate that it choses what is in a selected list instead of what I was searching for

      I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred at the Manalapan NJ location on 11/15/24 at around 2:30pm. At the self-checkout two of your employees targeted me what I believe to be a case of racial profiling. While there were multiple customers using the self-checkout lanes, these 2 men specifically focused their attention on me, a person of color. I had 4 items, yet both employees left their positions to stand closely and watch every item being scanned, while overlooking the other customers in the vicinity. This is not a one-time occurrence, I have been targeted multiple time while using the self-checkout however I've never filed a complaint. Today I took a video of the incident which clearly shows the discriminatory behavior by your staff. Such actions are completely unacceptable and highlight a disturbing pattern of racial discrimination by the staff at the Manalapan location. It is imperative that Wegmans take immediate action to address this issue and implement comprehensive training to ensure that all customers are treated equally and fairly!

      If I could give lower than a one, I would!!!! I worked at Wegmans a while ago, maybe 6 years ago, and I was bullied, heavily. I got slapped across the face by another employee, and was told by the HR person she thought it was, "just in jest," and even if it was just in jest, which it was NOT, that should have been a fireable offense, but the woman still works there, or at least she did after she slapped me. I was also threatened with a hose, told to "calm down" after having an anxiety attack, and was hurt multiple times, caused by other people, but I was given the blame and punished to stay on the front line, even though they knew I was good at other jobs. I hate Wegmans, and loath that I still have to shop there because my husband likes it.... I should have gone to the police, and sued their ass, but I had just gotten off of my anxiety/depression medicine. If I could still sue them I would, but unfortunately statue of limitations... Although it did scar me, and I'm terrified to work after it, so maybe I could still go after them... But I'm not sure.

      Every time I shop at Wegmans the prices are higher, and not just by a little. There’s no plausible reason for this now that supply chains have resumed. Most annoying of all, they move items around constantly, to the point where you’re wandering around the aisles like a lost soul just to find what’s on your list. Forget using the APP to search for items, they can’t possibly update it given the ridiculous frequency of moving everything. We all know why they do this - so you buy more stuff that was NOT on your list while you’re wandering. I no longer trust Wegmans, and it’s so discouraging, as it’s my, and millions of others, favorite store.

      Pickup online prices are higher than in-store prices at the Woodmore, MD location. While on their website it states: "Our online prices remain about 15% above in-store prices which includes our costs for shopping your order." And yet, Wegmans have no fees; "$0 grocery delivery fee (I guess to bring it to your car); $0 service fee* (I guess to shop for your groceries). If shopping for your order is not a service, what is it? I agree that Wegmans have quality foods, but customers are being charged an 15% increase online versus in-store items for service that Wegmans states there is no charge.

      I love Wegmans. I’m reading these harsh comments trying to figure out why anyone would go out of the way and speak poorly about this organization. This is a great establishment, and should have a higher reputable status. I think only accredited individuals should be able to place a review. The bureau needs to place systems in place so that only those in business and possible have an EIN are able to make peers review. I do not work for Wegmans, but I shop there regularly for my own personal goods, and as a contractor for the well known gig service *********. Wegmans has come a long with their partners to systematic equip themselves with unique technological advancements, such a sell checkout lines, in house food court / dinning areas, easy to use POS and applications for online purchases allowing delivery and pick. Honestly, they’re really isn’t a grocery store that’s better.

      I ordered a sub tray for Christmas Eve and I am totally embarrassed at the money I paid and there being little to no meat on the sub. I loved your subs what has happened to the quality??? 67.00 and I bought cookies that were flat, I mean flat and macarons that were not cooked at all. I am ashamed of what I had for Christmas Eve and embarrassed for my guests who just left! A waste of my money Michelle (Military Road)

      Poor management! Was made to put back all my food items because I used my phone for my cards I happened to have my license present so I asked them to manually put thr card into for payment and she refused to do so manager Megan!! Very unprofessional and cocky!! I said I can manually put into my call phone order but the order wouldn’t be available till tomorrow as my kids was starving this night! She followed me around the store I feel so violated embarrassed and disappointed exspeally when I’m paying top doller for double the price at ***** and get a lot better service wirh ***** never again will I want to shop or show my face there

      There was a misunderstanding between the dose my doctor told me to take for my medication and what was called in to Wegmans Collegeville Pharmacy. As a patient I did not know this, but when it was time to pick up my prescription, the young woman pharmacist refused to fill up my prescription, I kept on calling my doctors office the entire morning and the pharmacy to figure out what was happening and I got multiple different explanation, so I drove to the pharmacy to pick up the same dose I picked up since several years in the same place. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription she did not provide any explanation to me but treated me like a junky and spilled the fact that I take a controlled substance in a debacle in front of other customers. The next day I was blamed as a customer and patient for the poor communication they have with doctors offices and I was told to take my business elsewhere. I think the staff should be educated about appropriate communication, the customer does not have the information that the pharmacy has but only what the doctor recommended, thanks for shouting out the fact that I take a controlled substance in from of other customers, apparently you never heard about a thing called HIPPA.

      This store discriminates against people of color in self-checkout regularly. I’ve noticed on multiple occasions POC being stared at by employees working in the area but only glancing at non-POC. I’ve also noticed, and personally experienced, once the POC customer finishes paying and leaves, those same employees also either leave the area or go back to tending to their other duties. I’m disgusted.
