    July 2022 I entered into a contract with Robert Guck to put a roof on my house at ****** street. Soon after I paid a deposit of $7,000 to Bob. It has been 2 plus months with no work being started nor completed. Each time I contact Bob he will tell me he will start next week and it never happens. Do not use this company for any work as he will take months to do the work for you and Rip you off in the end. I want my money to be returned to me. I am in contact with an attorney in order to file a formal lawsuit against this company and man. I will not stop until he is out of business. I have called Bob for 2 weeks and text him with no answer or returned calls to me.

    In Sept of 2020 I contracted with BOB to replace two attic windows at ******* ******** **. and also fix a broken window on the lower porch at 345.

    On December 12, 2020 Bob did replace the two attic windows but DID NOT FIX BROKEN WINDOW. He said due to the caulking on the window. He needed some sun and that he would fix it later. I called numerous times, he always gave me an excuse. HE NEVER FIXED THE WINDOW. I GIVE BOB THE JOB OF CLEANING THE GUTTERS; I did not see him do it but I believed him and PAID HIM 4200 in the summer of 2021 I had dried leaves falling from the gutters. BOB DID NOT CLEAN THE GUTTERS.

    Called business and this was relayed:

    I did clean the gutters for this consumer.  It's a 3 story home and I cleaned what needed to be done.  I even have a worker who can verify the cleaning.  I did not hang the window due to there was too much caulking around it. 

    How would the consumer even know if it was clean if she did not go up there herself.
