On January 27th, Monday I called interior moving services to ask for a quote. The operator told me there was a 2 hour minimum @ $174 per hour, then anything after would be 15 minute increments that would also be charged. On January 31st I met the 2 movers who told me they left the terminal @ 2:45 pm and worked until 5:15 pm. This would be 2 hours and 30 minutes of work not 3 hours. The operator called me on Saturday but I missed his call . I called back on Monday morning, spoke to a supervisor, Chuck, who I gave an additional $50 to. He told me he had the right to charge me an additional $123 that was owed for 3 hours work. I told him the movers did not work 3 but 2 1/2 hours. Chuck told me this was the Price. Also even if the movers worked for one hour he still had the right to charge for a full 3 hours! I don't think I should have to pay for a 1/2 hour never worked. Can you help me resolve this situation? Thank you and have a nice day!

We are sorry you were not happy with the service that you received. What you have stated is untrue. We record all of our phone calls to avoid any issues such as this. Per our phone conversation when you scheduled your move with us, you were explained in no uncertain terms whatsoever that your move was a 3 hour minimum and that any time over the 3 hour minimum is charged in 15 minute increments. It was also repeated that even if your move is completed in less than 3 hours that you would be responsible for paying the 3 hour minimum. You agreed to these terms and we scheduled the move for you. I have used Interior Moving Services a few times over the years. Every time that I have hired them, my experience has been exceptional. The office employees and the moving crew leaves nothing to be desired. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My most recent move was long distance and everything was delivered in a timely manner and no damages whatsoever. I will most certainly use them again!Interior Moving Services, Inc.
