      On Monday, 3/2022, my 2014 Silverado went to Bob Johnson for inspection. The truck failed the SAFETY portion but passed the EMMISSION. Reason for failing inspection was rear brakes and replace the third light. Unable to schedule the work to be done by Bob Johnson, I called **** **** located at **** ****** ******* ********* ** was able to get an appointment on Wednesday 3/9/22. Per the service department at Bob Johnson, to have the truck re-inspected they would perform the safety portion and charge $10 Jamie at **** **** was the mechanic assigned to my truck and he failed my truck for the following reasons... ALL reasons Bob Johnson MISSED; Left front tire did not have enough tread on the INSIDE of the tire, right and left front ball joints were loose, left front inner tie rod was loose, right left sway bar was BROKEN, rear brakes and NEW caliper brackets and 4 new tires as my truck is all wheel drive. Again of these issues were MISSED by Bob Johnson. $2,476.48 later when according to Bob Johnson $418.95 to do rear brakes and $34.21 for a bulb for the third brake light. I spent 6 hours at **** **** on Wednesday. After I was done at **** ****, I went directly to Bob Johnson and spoke with the Manager of the *** ****. He said there was no excuse for what happened, that the employee who inspected my truck has been an employee at Bob Johnson for 10 years. I also asked for a complete print out of the service Bob Johnson has done on my truck since I bought it from them. I am the second owner and was given a few maintenance records from the previous owner. Imagine my surprise when I read the truck was in a rear end accident. I was never told this at the time of sale nor was I given any documentation of this.

      I would like the $21.00 refund for the NYS inspection fee since Bob Johnson missed numerous safety issues for safety inspection.

      I would also like this complaint to be of public knowledge against Bob Johnson

      To whom it may concern, I am in receipt of the customer complaint. At this time there have complaints filed with two different agencies . One being a mediation service and the other being the DMV. DMV will investigate and assess a punishment depending on their findings. I cannot comment further until this process has been executed.       Company is not upholding warranty agreements. I pay 1,000.00 USD for my 2018 40k mile truck used for work. They refuse to provide any loaners throughout my downtime and repair and expect me to pay $2,000.00 + pet month out if my pocket for a loaner. ******* ****** problems are not my problems, either you stand behind your product you sell and the agreement you made or you don't .

      To whom it may concern; The customer isn't paying for this repair. Its my understanding that part is covered by a diesel emissions warranty. Rental or loaner cars are given out available based on availability. Current market conditions have been prohibitive in offering loaner cars.       I bought a new 2021 ***** 15 months ago There has been a bubbling sound in sunroof I have taken the vehicle in 4 times and was alway told” can’t reproduce the sound “ I left the truck with the dealership for 9 days while I was out of town — the service manager told me he would personally take care of working with his service team to finally fix the issue When I picked the truck up the service receipt said “ unable to reproduce the sound “ I took the mechanic for a ride ( after I picked up truck and sound was happening) 1 mile down road and there’s the sound The service manager told me “ I dropped the ball and didn’t communicate with my staff” “ I will get you a rental car now and cover it in full “ Two weeks later — the length of time to figure out the problem / get the part and fix it I paid for rental car when I picked it up It has been 4 weeks and am still waiting for the over$800 reimbursement from Bob Johnson
