    Vision Hyundai of Henrietta performed work on my car I did not approve of and they did not tell me or ask me. They also put me on a payment plan but overcharged me by $400 on the plan. They showed no sympathy for taking advantage of me and made no efforts to correct their actions.

    Spent over an hour and a half with a salesman about a car. At first he seemed honest saying the right things and getting straight to the point. We negotiated the price down to one both me and the sales guy agreed upon. They got me excited about the new car I will be purchasing. I then said I was ready to talk to the financial manager so we can go over financing options. I stated this multiple times but then the Sales guy kept pressuring me to talk about financing trying to match my rate that I can get from another business. It started to make us uncomfortable and made us feel like we were being scammed, even suggesting us to switch to another car that has 0% financing just to get us to finance with them. After giving my ID and information to start talking to the finance manager, the sales guy backed out and went to the managers office. they then wasted our time for almost half an hour only to come to us and tell us the price of the car went up another $7k in price. Remember, I was ready to buy and finance through them, we went through a few changes in the price of the car before we agreed. The stock number was correct and so was the description of the vehicle. They even showed me the vehicle I would be buying. If they have "issues with their computers" they shouldn't be selling cars that cost more than a years salary to most people in America. Go to any other ******* dealership, I would not trust Vision. It's very disappointing to see people pull this kind of thing on people trying to trust the ******* Brand. I wish I could buy the car they offered, but it really left me disappointed and I have started to move friends, family, and co-workers against this dealership. I honestly don't know how they could make this up to me. They lost what would have been a life long customer for generations to come.

    **Scam Alert: Vision Hyundai of Henrietta’s Bait-and-Switch Tactics!** Just a heads-up to anyone thinking about getting service done at **Vision Hyundai of Henrietta in Rochester, NY** – beware of their shady practices. They send out mailers AND advertise on their website a $29.99 oil change. Great deal, right? WRONG. When I showed up to get my oil change, they had the audacity to tell me the price is actually $79.99 because the "price of oil has risen." Seriously?! Then why are they still sending out mailers and keeping the false price up on their website? This is classic bait-and-switch, plain and simple. They lure you in with one price and then try to hit you with a much higher one when you're already there. And guess what? They REFUSED to honor their own ad or mailer. So I walked out and will NEVER take my business there again. If they can’t keep their word on something as simple as an oil change, imagine what they’ll try to pull for bigger services or a car purchase. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealer with integrity. This place clearly doesn’t value their customers or their promises. ?? #BaitAndSwitch #VisionHyundai #FalseAdvertising #Scam

    My husband emailed Vision, re: information on trade-in vs new lease (his lease ends next month) They did not reply or call him ~ for one month. So he called them. And met w/ salesperson B**** ~ who advised him they could not give him a new lease for payment amount he wanted. Shortly thereafter we started receiving lots and lots of phone calls from some woman at Vision. My husband went to a different Hyundai dealership ~ and there was B**** ~ Who had left Vision to come over to this dealership. Today we received an email from Vision ~ "signed" by B****. So I called Vision and asked to speak w/ B****. I was told they no longer work there. Our complaint ~ sending an email from ~ and "signed" by ~ someone who no longer works there. Actually ~ return email address is the woman who kept calling us until we told her to leave us alone. This is no way to run/ manage a business and no way treat customers. We'd actually rate Vision at 0 stars ~ at best!

    Took my ****** which I bought at Vision in for a Inspection, Oil change and software updates. First I was told the free oil change for life that came with the purchase no longer exists but what really p***** me off is they told me my brakes were bad and falling apart and wouldn't pass inspection. I asked how much would that cost $758.00. I told them not to do it. Why you ask, because I knew the brakes were good because I do my own brakes and they only had about 3000 miles on them and checked them before I took it in for service. Took it somewhere else with the failed inspection and it passed with no problem. After buying 2 cars there with no issues I will no longer do business with that kind of dishonesty.

    I purchased a vehicle from here actually 2 one for my daughter and I purchased the GM Joe F*****'s wife vehicle, the sales person matthew literally tried to over charge me and I adk him did he think I was stupid and to go get the General manager, I refused to work with him, so Joe came over and fixed the problem, same day the finance officer came over, and also tried to Rob me while looking at the price of the scotch guard package which was 400.00 he tried to charge me 700.00 again refused him Joe came apologized and fixed it, trusting Joe all the way I only would work with him, a yr later when my car needed repair come to find out the warranty was bogus, I was told I was getting a 100 000 mile ithink 6 or 7 yr , come to find out it was for 45.000 miles mind you the car when purchased had over 40,000 on it I would never pay that kind of money for the gave me instead of what they promised, I chalked it up as a loss after trying to reach Joe several times and he refused to call back, it would hold so I let it go. Now this reason on February 5 of 2023 I made an appointment to get my free for life oil change as I have done many times before an inspection, and have a bulb which only cost around 14.00 if that, when I get ther the young man matthew told me they were bought out and the new vompany no longer honored it but he could give me a deal not thinking sd ok went to sit and wait call me five minutes later told me the mechanic had to take off the bumper and remove somewhere part which was a lie to get to bulb again not thinking ok was charged 138 dollars pd it 15 minutes later car done mstt gave me the keys realized he didn't give me a reciept I sd maybe it's in the car git car papers on seat so ok not realizing it was only the inspection then all else began to play I bee gotten again went back they were closed I have call Joe 10 times he has yet to return my calls. This company are a bunch of crooks I wonder do the new company know about these crooks

    I put a $500 dollar deposit to hold a vehicle. I was called 5 days later and told the vehicle I paid to reserve got sold. It took multiple phone calls, to have another employee that I had not been working with, to finally process my refund. After 10 days I still had not received my deposit back. Meanwhile the manager kept calling me to try and sell me another vehicle. But would give me the run around in regards to my deposit. After another 2 weeks of phone calls to get my refund, they said it was processed for the second time. Another week went by with no refund. I had to physically go in and speak with the manager, who was very rude and unapologetic. He told me there was nothing he could do because corporate was not working at that time. When I asked for a receipt with proof of the refund, the manager at first told me he could not provide me with a receipt of the refund 'because corporate had it.' I had to question him multiple times how there is no record of a transaction at all before he would provide me with it. This whole process was very pushy, everyone is very untrustworthy and unprofessional. In the end it took me over a month to get my deposit back.
