I purchased the ***** *******™ Multi-styler Complete Long for about $370 last September, but I've encountered ongoing problems. Within two weeks of my purchase, three of the barrels had issues, so I contacted ***** for replacements. Unfortunately, they could only send me one barrel, so I continued using the ******* with just that one. However, now the main body is not working at all. I'm tired of calling ***** for replacements and regret buying from the discount store. I would like a refund so I can purchase the authentic product from *****. I spent 334.60 on a vacuum cleaner on November 24, 2023, and they never sent it. I called the company, but no one answered the phone. I emailed the company and no one replied. Today I tried to go to their website, and that wasn't working. This is definitely a scam.Initial Complaint

Hi. I ordered a ***** Airwrap back on Dec 19, 2023 and I still haven’t received it. I have email the company on the email provided at their website on 1/3/24 and 2/6/24 and I haven’t received any answer either
