      I placed an order on December 1, 2023 for a ***** Airwrap. It’s now been a week and a half and the item has yet to ship. I have attempted to contact the business by phone and email. I got one generic email reply and that is it. I feel this company is fraud. They do not take phone calls at all. My order number is ********T. Ship item with tracking number or refund money

      This website is a scam! They shipped me a fraudulent product that doesn’t work. I have emailed them and they do not respond. Google says beware of scam when I search them.

      We are unsure why this person did not just contact us for help, we are here 7 days a week for that purpose. We are going to just expedite a resolution and refund this customer in full in good faith immediately. We do not want to cause this person any inconvenience and there seems to be some communication trouble so because our goal is customer satisfaction here, we are willing to just issue a full refund to ensure this matter is resolved immediately and fully resolved without any further outstanding issues. We apologize for any problem and for any inconvenience to the customer as well. Thank you.

      - according to the website, this business claims to be committed to refunding if you aren’t completely happy as well as prompt customer service. They state their hours of operation between Monday - Friday - the company also touts a 4.7 star rating on Trustpilot, a popular site for evaluating website trustworthiness. They seem to bury, contest, or discredit any reviews that detail the exact experience I’m having - often insinuating the customers are scam artists or not real customers to begin with and even posting their personal information online - I originally purchased a Dyson air wrap complete kit from the site on 10/11/2023 for $331.98 after discounts, which took a week to process then appeared to be “preparing to ship” - it has remained at this status ever since (now well over a month) - I have tried to contact the company multiple times via the site, email, and phone to request an update and now a refund, with no response

      Our goal is customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal we are willing to do whatever it takes to resolve any problem the best we can, and this applies to the current complaint. To expedite a resolution, we have issued the customer a full refund to their payment method used, which was ******. The order was delayed for a backorder. System notices were sent regarding this delay and it was on hold pending direction from the customer. There seemed to be some communication issues with this transaction since the customer contacted the BBB rather than seeking help from us directly. Nonetheless, we just want to fix this problem immediately which is why we issued a full refund for the transaction. We also want to apologize for any inconvenience and for the apparent communication issues. Thank you.

      To resolve this matter as soon as possible we have issued a full refund to the payment method used for this order, which was a Visa card ending in ****. This order was held pending verification due to our system flagging the payment. We do apologize for any inconvenience to the customer. We wish the customer would have simply responded to us, and/or contacted us directly for help but our goal is still to make sure any issue or problem is resolved as soon as possible. This is why we chose to issue the full refund to the customer to resolve this issue now without any delay or further inconvenience to the customer.

      I placed an order with this vendor and got a text confirming my order was received. I was immediately charged to my credit card without any confirmation that my order had been shipped. I emailed this vendor after three business days and contacted the vendor via inquiry on the vendor's website multiple times. I did not receive any acknowledgment that my inquiries will be attended to, nor have I received any confirmation that my order was shipped. This vendor's customer service phone number plays an auto-reply message directing all calls to the website. This vendor collected my money almost immediately and has yet to provide any form of confirmation that my order has been fulfilled. I either want my order to be fulfilled, i.e., have it in my hands, or my money refunded since no product has been shipped or delivered to me.

      This transaction was cancelled and refunded by our company. We have confirmation from the customer's bank: ******** ***** Bank N.A. that our refund in the amount of $322.00 which was issued after the transaction was cancelled, was credited back to the customer's account and reflected on their statement as of 10/30/23. We apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion with regard to the transaction being cancelled or the refund, but we confirmed that the refund was processed and credited back to the customer account. We also apologize for any inconvenience to the customer.

      This complaint was filed maliciously. The transaction was denied by our system for security reasons. Specifically, our system flagged the transaction as high risk. The cardholder and/or a related account was linked to previous disputes and/or unauthorized charges on the card being used or a related account. Due to the high risk of fraud in such cases, and agreements we have in place with our payment processors, we are unable to accept certain payments that do not meet certain criteria. We can only accept low risk transactions. After the transaction was denied by our company, this person or someone linked to the cardholder or whomever attempted the transaction, began to harass our company and try to cause harm to our reputation. This malicious complaint filed here is one example. No charge was ever made, no transaction ever existed with our company, yet this individual took the time and effort to go to the BBB and file this false "complaint." There are no damages or compensation of any kind that can even be sought since there was never any order placed, never any charge made, or payment received by us of any kind. We cannot even verify if the actual cardholder is behind the transaction and the related harassment and attempts to try to damage our reputation. But because there was never any transaction that existed, no charge ever made, and no order ever actually placed, we ask that this "complaint" be closed immediately because there is no action we can even take on our part to resolve anything. We did not accept the transaction and cannot accept transactions of that nature because of our security measures in place and our agreements with our processing bank.

      I purchased a ***** Airwrap, for my girlfriend prior to realizing it was not the one that she wanted. Purchase was made on 10/3/23. Purchase was an error, one which I tried to promptly correct. While order was processing there was no option to cancel the order. I put a message on the order saying "cancel this." I reached out to their service prior to processing being completed, and did not get a response until after the order was shipped. When I inquired about returning the product which was an error, they sent me a refund policy that they do not accept refunds of the product. Had their website been working properly, I would have cancelled the order and not been stuck with a product I did not want. I have emails and timestamps saved of the entire process. In addition their website says that a travel bag is included, which it is not. The entire communication with their service department was very automated and dismissive of the problems. I asked to speak to a manager on the phone and I have yet to hear back from them. I do not want to be ripped off like this, and I would not like other people to be ripped off because of a mistake. A mistake that on any other website would have been easily avoided by cancelling the order prior to the completion of processing. I was not given that option. So now I am sitting here with an item I did not intend to buy, that they will not take back. It was essentially forced on me.

      I purchased a ***** airwrap from this store on 8/14. The claim was that this was an authentic product. It is a counterfeit. Upon receiving the device, it looked fine. When I went to use some of the attachments, they didn’t work as well as what I have come to expect from Dyson. The barrels do not properly grip hair, and the speed settings are weak. I ordered a replacement attachment from ***** and compared it to what was sent from this company and they are totally different. I then brought the device to ***** who confirmed it is a counterfeit device. A summary of how it differs from the original. The quality is poor, the device weight differs The colors of the device are different The filter structure is different The plug into the wall is different The finishes are poor I am unable to reach this company via email or phone to demand a refund.
