      I received a Bauch + Lomb horizon rewards Reward Card with a value of $200 as an incentive to buy a year's supply of B+L daily disposable contact lenses. I used $59 on the card, leaving a balance of $141. I did not realize the gift card had only a 2-month window before the expiration date. The card expired and my remaining balance was cancelled. I contacted the card issuer ******** and they refused to reissue the card. This expiration window is unreasonably short. I spend a considerable amount annually on B+L contact lenses and would think they would honor the card value for the entire year instead of scamming customers with illusory consideration and a deliberately short expiration period. Gift card number was **** **** **** **** expiration 1/24 CVV *** I request a reissued gift card for the remaining balance of $141.

      I purchased a years worth of contacts to receive a rebate. I sent everything that was asked from me, several times. I contacted customer service and submitted everything again. Still no rewards! They gave me a claim ticket of ******. Can you help make this right?

      On 2/24/4 I was notified that my **** listing: Item: ************ 2 Bausch + Lomb PreserVision Eye Vitamin AREDS Formula 2 x 120 Tablets EXP 9/24 Reference ID: 2-************ was removed at your request falsely claiming it was counterfeit. This is false. I am requesting you contact **** and request they reinstate the listing. An apology for your false and harmful statement would also be appreciated.

      purchased product 10/14/2023 at CVS. requested money back 10/20/2023, and 1/24/2024, as the product caused an infection. went to see medical provider 10/17/2023, and received prescription for ************. as of 2/13/2024 have not received refund per their Money Back Guarantee requested refund 2x and assured refund was coming each time.

      My *** advised my to use ******* eye drops in the morning and ******* (****** brand) at night. I've been using ******* for over a year but conti used to have burning. I tried the ******* eye drops (****** brand) and broke out in a rash within an hour. My eyes started to get blurry and rash continued to spread despite taking ******** and using ************** cream. **** to my eye doctor who told me I had some kind of cysts attached to my corneas and prescribed steroid eye drops.

      I was only reimbursed for the product itself, not for taxes I paid on the product, not for my ophthalmologist visit, not for the suffering I experienced as a result of using their product. Photo submitted showed the rash I had for a week with uncontrollable itching which I had to but ******** and ********* ***** to help

      I ordered contacts through this company. I was promised a **** gift card rebate. The process of uploading my information to get the rebate gift card was a tremendous hassle. Lots of hoops that you have to jump through in order to get your rebate card. They promised me it would be sent within four to six weeks, which is a very long time to begin with. It has been 6 months now and I have not received this card, I have contacted them multiple times and checked my emails, and even checked my account, and no rebate to be found. Extremely frustrating, and saddening. The rebate program is absolutely a scam.

      I purchased contact lenses through Bausch + Lomb because they offered a reward incentive. I received my $210 reward incentive (see picture) in the mail. Because this was presented to me on a debit card I believed this was as good as cash. I believed I could use it to make retail purchases as well as online purchases. Then I moved. During the move a lot of things got shuffled around. When I finally got organized and got my $210 reward incentived debit card out to make a purchase I was informed it was not valid. I would like the $210 that was promised to me by Bausch + Lomb for agreeing to purchase their contact lenses instead of another company's.

      I had a prescription for the ***** eye drops. I have run out and was trying to get a refill using the advertised ***** 0 dollar savings card that they advertise. After hours on the phone trying to find one the Baush and lomb website will not let you download the card and their customer service said you are not able to get one now Please stop the false advertising of offering a savings card

      I purchased a year supply of contacts and was to get a rebate. The rebate was in the form of a **** debit Reward Card. I wanted to use the full amount on the card because I did not want to worry about keeping track of what was left. I tried multiple times to use the card without success. First I tried using it towards a payment on a cruise. It was denied. I called the 800 number on the card for assistance and the operator said that the card was being declined because of insufficient funds - the site was adding 20% to the amount. The operator said to pay all of the bill except for the amount of the card and it would work. I tried again and it was still declined. Finally I decided to just purchase a gift card on ****** in the amount of the reward card. When I put the expiration date on the card, it said invalid. I changed it to a month later than what the card had printed on it and it appeared ****** was going to accept it as payment. Unfortunately I missed the last “place order” button. The next morning, when I realized my mistake, the funds available changed to $0. I thought that years ago it was passed that gift card type funds could not expire. These types of cards are a hassle to use and I don’t think it should be so difficult. I am hoping to be able to get a replacement card. Thank you for any assistance that can be provided.

      I order some really expensive contacts for my daughter and was told I receive a $200 **** rebate (virtual or physical whichever I chose). I received the virtual card and tried to use it, however, every place that you try to use the card it is declined. I called customer service and they just keep hanging up after they receive your information. So I’m left with a $200 virtual **** that I have to use within 6 months that no merchants will honor. I noticed that someone else on here had the same issue.
