    This roof contractor did me wrong. In March he came to my house to attach three shingles that blew off my roof from a high wind. There were some other loose shinges that he was suppose to nail down. He did the job on a rainy day that took him no more than 10 mins for $275.00. A week ago I saw from the ground loose shingles in the same place on the roof that he supposely nailed down. After promising four times he would come out to fix the shingles, four no-shows and four no-calls, I was very frustrated. I made many attempts to contact him but no return calls. Finally after texting he said he was to busy and that it would cost me another $325.00 to come out to fix the shinges after he said there was a two year warrenty on his initial job. What kind of contractor is this from ROC ROOF that doesn't guarantee there work. Is he a CON-ARTIST that takes your money and disappears?? **, Town of Gates
