Contact was first made around June 20, 202103 by a Victor H******** Sr. Prize Director of Publisher's International by telephone #************ stating that I had won $1.9 million dollars. First I was to send a certified check to a *** ******* ** **** **** ******* ***** ***** ***** ***** which was to be returned to me upon presentation of my winnings. He then advised that I had to send $6,099.00 by personal check which was to cover the cost of filing a W2-G with the State of New Jersey, to ********** **** at *** ***** **** **** *** ** ***** *** ********** ** ***********  The check was pre-dated until I obtained the funds to cover the check. Mr. Holliday then proceeded to order me a Pizza from a local pizza shop in town and have it delivered to my home, (because I was not returning his calls), which I declined to accept. I began to investigated somewhat and found out that this was most likely a scam and so I went to my bank and closed out my old checking account and re-opened a new one, so neither of the checks would be able to be cashed at any time. I have gotten more than 50 calls from Mr. Holliday since all this began and am still to this day (July 24, 2023) receiving calls almost on an hourly basis. I turn my phone off most of the time, but can't continue to do it because of health issues. When Mr. Holliday calls the name of the company he is calling from is listed as Global Naps-N, (which Mr. Holliday could not explain), telephone #************ and when I call that number it says it is the Publisher's Clearing House voicemail. I have reported this also to the Federal Trade Commission and I wanted to file this complaint so that others may hopefully be helped by this information.

I have been contacted by people claiming to be with the National Sweepstakes Co. they told me to pay fees associated with receiving money after the fees were paid. Each time I was lied to and another fee was asked to be paid. The promises and harassment from. These people is insane. I finally paid all fees and of course no money. I have documented all contact with them. Each time I block them they use another person and phone number to contact me. I’ve lost $200. I’ve contacted the National Sweepstakes Co. and now they want $1500 for taxes because supposedly I won $355,000. These people have hacked my *******, ****** and my bank account. In al they have taken over $2,000. I downloaded the telegram messenger supposedly for a work at home job and they immediately messaged me. And it was the same person.
