      I was skeptical about ordering from The Market Depot (New York, USA location) after reading some online reviews however they seemed to be the only place that had the product I was looking for so I decided to risk it. So happy I did! I placed my order Sept 16th. By Sept 22nd ( a Friday) I had still not received a tracking number so I emailed them to cancel my order. They replied within minutes and promised to have it shipped the following Monday and would provide me with a tracking number then. And Monday morning, Sept 25th they did just that! I received a USPS tracking number and was able to keep track of my item during the delivery process. I live in NB, Canada and I received the item through Canada Post on Oct 5th. The item was well packaged and exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience from the quick customer service to the quick delivery time. I would definitely order from then again.

      I have a very good service from the market depot company. All my orders come in ontime and the right orders. If sometimes the market depot have some problem, call me and explain me. For one year I made 40 orders and never had any problem ***** ****** - New York City

      Terrible business. Ordered a $300 item on website and paid for overnight shipping. Waited two days and never got item. Business stated item was in stock and would be delivered soon and they would refund overnight fees. Item never came and was canceled by business. Item was a birthday gift for 3 yr old grandson. No response from business - calls and e emails sent. TERRIBLE
