    I do not recommend. I ordered my best friends birthday gift 2 months ago and she has still not received it. The package tracking says its been in transit for almost 2 months. This is the second time its happened with this company. They suvk.

    I ordered a custom shirt on 12/6/23. I paid extra for expedited shipping. They provided me with a tracking number and according to the tracking site my package has been in my home state for 3 weeks now bouncing back and forth between cities. Today I called the **** and they stated that they do not have that tracking number as a valid number so the tracking website is just making up information. Is this company a scam?

    I ordered 2 pairs of pants. One pair was an xl and the other was a 2xl. The 2xl was significantly smaller than the xl. Usually wear a size large and they would not even fit me. I tried contacting the company thinking this was surely a mistake and the pants were labeled wrong. The company replied with a size chart and the size chart showed where a size xl is larger than a 2xl. I wanted to exchange the pants or get my money back because they were a gift for someone. The company never replied. I was very disappointed and I will never order from this company again. STAY AWAY!!! (They also replied at one point via email and said if I PayPaled them $15 they would send me a new pairthis was also very fishy. Not a trustworthy company.

    They seem to be scamming people out of money as far as paying extra for your order to get done faster. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Tracking info went out 2 days later and then it took 3 weeks for the order to arrive. Something fishy is going on here, either its coming from overseas or theyre just lying. And they are still arguing about refunding my expedited shipping fee.

    Do not order from them. After a month of waiting I finally get a tracking number only to find out that they used COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE and the order has been seized by *****

    Ordered 12/3. First portion if order came and instead of 5 pairs of colored ankle socks I got 25 calf socks. The other portion of my order is just non existent. The shipping hasn't updates since 12/6 out of *****. Their listed phone number is never answered and no voicemail. They rarely respond to online chat and it's not helpful it just repeats my tracking number that doesn't work. They also haven't responded to any emails regarding canceling my order. I'm disputing with my credit card. I would stay far far away from this Chinese based company with no customer service.

    This is the second time I ordered from them. The first time was great; this time not-so-great. I ordered three pairs of custom PJs - two are good. The one pair has a defect in waist size of 15" when it is supposed to be ****". I have requested a refund as these need to now be taken to a seamstress to be fixed or requested they resend the appropriately sized pants. They acknowledged that their machinery makes mistakes but request that I deposit money into their PayPal account and then they will send a new pair. Super scammy! Despite my previously good experiences and two good pair of PJs, I will not order from them again as their customer service is poor AND the items you get are inconsistent.

    I made a huge order of 10 customs t-shirts and like most people, I read the reviews for the site afterwards. I was a bit stressed out. Within 24 hours of ordering, a representative from yes customs, ******, sent me an email with a preview of the front/back of ALL the shirts. ****** asked me to confirm if everything looked good or not prior to placing in the order. They were missing 1 shirt/design in that first email so I sent back an email explaining that they were missing it and it was a long sleeve. Within minutes I received the last preview. The response time is QUICK. After I gave the green light with everything, it was shipped out. I initially placed the order on Nov 4, package was sent out Nov 6 and I received everything by Nov 20. The missing shirt was sent in a separate package that arrived the next day but it was no big deal. All the shirts came out perfect and the sizes matched up to what I ordered them to be. Im SO SO happy with my order. On Nov 22 (a couple days after) I made another large order of ***************************** at 6:50pm and ****** sent me a preview email of all the shirts by 10:00pm THAT NIGHT. I have no worries for this second order. Thank you ****** from Yes Customs! I would highly recommend this website. Their response time is quick and the quality of the shirts is what you pay for. Dont have high expectations for it, at the end of the day it is a wholesome gift with lots of thought put into it. There will be lots of smiles and laughter this Christmas when everyone opens their presents :)
