      I placed an order for a pair of custom pajamas 12/4/23. The order reportedly shipped 12/7/23 with a tracking number that wea never picked up from the carrier. I emailed the company repeatedly and was told the tracking wasnt updated. That makes no sense since **** updates frequently. The **** never received the package when I contacted them. I asked repeatedly for a refund and was told the package would arrive in 14 days which is a lie. I reported the fraud to my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. BELOW IS THE REPEATED EMAIL RESPONSE WHEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.After 3 attempts asking for a refund they stopped replying.       The package was not delivered. The post office alerted me that the package was seized due to fraudulent postage. I have not received a refund. My credit card is looking into the fraud.

      Placed an order to receive item by the intended date! Original shipping would not make it for planned date, Did the expedited shipping to receive in time of event! Event is approaching this weekend and i do NOT plan on seeing $50 shirt for event! My problem is that, Tracking they have provided me with two days after my purchased. States that it awaiting shipping, and still awaiting shipping 2 weeks later.... Why offer tracking on item or even a time frame to receive items knowing you cannot full fil! On top of choosing a "VIP service" they offer for an additional fee, This VIP SERVICE is to put you at top of list and make sure priority is #1 to insure you receive item by intended date!!       On September 23rd, I ordered a pair of customized pajamas for my daughter. She just lost her dog and I got her pajamas with her dog's face on them. I spent $43 and I told me it would be here September 26th. They're not answering my emails and if you ****** this company, you will see a lot of complaints regarding never getting their items.

      I ordered a product from this company on 02/02/23 and I never received my order. There were absolutely no shipping confirmations. This company took my $35 and never sent the product. This company is a scam!

      I ordered 4 items, three came a week late, the other came 3 weeks later. They were the wrong size and the pictures I uploaded to use were not used as directed. I didn't receive any correspondence until I inquired about things. Since then every email I send they have been making excuses or sending me the same questions multiple times. I all but begged for a refund on two items and they continuously tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my money back but people need to know that this is a rip off and is a terrible company. Read the other reviews on this company, I wish I did before ever getting involved with them. It's been one of the worst purchasing experiences of my life.

      On or about December 6, 2022 I ordered custom pajamas (top and bottom) for my wife for Christmas. The online information indicated that the product would be delivered before Christmas. The shipping information provided by the seller was a defective and incorrect number/link. The product arrived well after Christmas. More importantly, I only received the shirt and did not receive the pants. I have attempted to email and communicate with the company but they have failed to take any action to correct their mistake and to provide me with all of the items that I purchased. Unfortunately I did not see the online reviews until after I purchased the items and experience these problems. However it appears that this seems to be a consistent business practice of this company, providing incomplete orders and taking money for products that are not provided.

      I ordered a tshirt from this company on November 29th. I told the company on December 6th to cancel my order as they didn't even start making the tshirt a week after ordering. They company said they will refund me in 3-5 days. They never have. They now refuse to give me a refund and have sent me unprofessional emails where they call me a liar and refuse to give me a refund.

      I ordered a custom sweater on December 4. I paid an extra $24 for rush shipping. The confirmation email I received said I would receive an email once it had been shipped. It also said to wait 5-7 business days for it to be updated. As of today, December 24, 2022 I still have not gotten any email about shipping and I have not received the item. I tried to contact costumer service but the email got returned as undeliverable but I used the email provided by the company itself. I don't need this item anymore since it was for an event that already happened. I'm very upset by the unprofessionalism of this company.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by YesCustom regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      [Your Answer Here] I received the item at the end of December after filing the complaint.  However, to date, I have not heard anything from the company and my requests for a refund have gone unanswered. The company did not uphold their end. I am entitled to a refund, in full. Or at least for the cost of shipping the item. I paid for expedited shipping. The original email confirmation stated that shipping and tracking info would be provided once the order was processed. Like stated earlier, I received the item but never received the tracking info. This company is despicable. Receiving the item doesn't solve the problem since the event I needed it for was weeks ago. I have no use for this item. I want my money back and this company given a failing rating by the BBB so that no one else is taken advantage of like I was.

      I ordered a sweater from this company on 11/17 with their shipping information saying that it would ship within 5-7 business days with arrival being within **** days from ordering. I emailed the company after no status information and still hadn't received the item on 11/28 as it was ordered 11 days prior and I was told I would have status information. I was then told that the order was shipped on 11/26 and that it would then arrive within **** days. I then emailed on 12/7 which had then been 20 days since ordered, and I still had no item, with them refusing to give me a refund. Their website says that refunds and returns can be processed within 30 days of ordering. I am willing to believe that they do not send their items out on time so that once received, they will no longer offer a refund. I have been asking for a label and refund now for almost a month, with no compliance. I finally got my order on 12/12 (so 25 days after ordered) and the fabric is SO awful, the construction of the sweater is terrible as if they have never made a sweatshirt in their lives, and the printed picture on it is very blurry and pixelated. They will not even respond to my emails anymore as they are still refusing a refund. Not to mention the return address on the package was labeled as Sesame Street and not the address listed for them on their website. They are definitely not located in NY.
