    Complete scam! I ordered 3 pairs of socks for Christmas. Its been over a month and I still have not received the shipment. Im trying to dispute the charges now to get a refund. Do not buy from this site.

    Do not order from this company. One month later I still havent received my order. Reported them as fraudulent. Wish I had read BB reviews.

    This chinese company is a scam. Fake site, no products to deliver. They write their own positive reviews.If you order something, they will send you a routing number, but it is not being delivered to you, it is going to a fake address. 100% fraud.

    The mens boxer briefs are HUGE compared to the usual brand we purchased at Target/Walmart.. I was skeptical about their size guide as it says an XL is 32 waist usually its M-L, annnd its a pants size (which is a little different than waist size). I measured the boxes at the companys request and text photos but they dont seem to take any accountability in the issue.. $60 on 2 pairs of oversized underwear waisted annnd 3 days after I purchased theyre both on sale for $19, I requested a partial refund to match the sale price at least but only offered an insulting 10% off on future order, but there wont be any more orders from me.

    I ordered 9 pairs of customized photo socks to give as gifts at Christmas. While I did receive the socks, they were all defective and not reflective of what was advertised online. They come as 1 long tube with a make shift heel printed crookedly on the sock. The toes are also crooked and not printed properly. There are various other defects as well. This is false advertising and I did not get what I paid for. I asked for a full refund and they refused because they spent money on labour, materials, logistics, etc. well guess what? I spent my hard earned money on falsely advertised products that are useless to me as I will not be giving them as gifts. I even offered to send them back as I wouldnt be using them. Do not purchase anything from this retailer! They are scammers.

I ORDERED A MOON LAMP TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET IT, LAMP LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE PICTURE IS BLURRY LAMP IS A CHEAP PLASTIC GARBAGE!COMPLETE RIP OFF

    My son ordered socks for his grandma. We never received them it's been over 1 month. They tracking number is fake. The customer service number is to some place in *****. Please beware!!! I will contact the bank to dispute this charge.

    If i could give a zero i would. Bought a present for my grieving girlfriend. Had to pay for shipping because i didn't reach the free shipping amount. **** days for shipping. Almost a month later and nothing. No response until I filed for a return from paypal. This company is a scam and you should not give them your money because you wont get your item or your money back.

    My photosocks is a complete Scam! It took almost 2 months to receive the order and the blanket was the wrong one. Plus it was flawed in places. I disputed it with my credit card company and got a temporary credit. Then they sent an email stating that I did receive the blanket and everything was fine with it. Yes I finally got it but not within the 10 days they said I would it was almost 2 months later!! Ended up having to pay full price for it plus almost $10 more for shipping! Do not be order from this company! They are fraudulent

    I ordered a product and did priority shipping 2-9day. After 3 weeks and the purpose for the custom order has passed they refused to cancel or refund me for the purchase.. **************** was no help. Would NOT recommend purchasing anything from my photo socks.com
