I needed a lens repaired and the light repaired on my dental loupes that I had purchased from this company. I called the company and they told me the repair would take 4-6 weeks and to fill out the paperwork online. I filled out the paperwork and sent my loupes and light to the company on 9/1/2023. After 4 weeks I had not heard back from them so I called to ask and they stated they had not started working on them. They told me to call back in 2 more weeks. When I called back two weeks later they stated they were working on the repair and I would be emailed when they were finished. I never received an email but on 11/3/2023 I received the loupes in the mail but the light was not attached. I have called multiple times asking about the light and asking them to just ship my light back to me and they will not give me an answer. I cannot use the loupes without the light and I need them to do my job. I have been without the loupes for over 3 months now and I never would have shipped them in the first place if they had not told me I would have them back in 4-6 weeks. I feel that the company should send me a light ASAP whether it is my repaired light or a new one.

Designs for Vision implemented a new computer system in September.  We did not adapt as well or as quickly as we would have liked.  I agree with you that our response time on *********** was suboptimal.  I also agree that our lack of timely communication was lacking.

Your headlight was shipped out to you December 20th and was delivered on December 26th via Federal Express number ************.  I am not thinking that shipping your light to you this late is acceptable.  Please confirm the receipt of your light, I will reach out to you regarding directly to propose other options.

    Please reach me at *******************.

I purchased custom dental loupes from Designs for Vision on July 17, 2023 and received the Loupes in early September. I contacted the representative because I could not see through the loupes. I proceeded to return the loupes as is permitted through their 60 day trial period. I called the company and was told I would receive a refund. As of November 4, ****, I have still not received a refund.

September 2022 I purchased the Infinity 3.0 loupes while in ********************** A month later I was hit with health issues that led me to many hospitals visits and the only option of withdrawaling from my program in the school. That being said I never got to use my loupes in class as I recieved them after I was sick. 6 months later I am still battling this health issue and can no longer attend that program which means I have over $3000 sitting in a zip up bag unable to be used. I have asked for a refund and told the salesman in our area about my situation, to which he replied his hands are tied. I then asked for upper managements information so I could speak to them directly as my case is unique since I never got to use them during the "trial period". He did not give me their info and instead said he'd talk to them again and I'm still waiting on his reply. Ontop of everything else I am now a legal caretake of my father who's also had health issues the same time as me, which I told the salesman to further argue I cannot get back into the program and cannot use these loupes. I want a full refund as this is extremely unethical and immoral of the company to refuse it. I was out of school during the trial period and sick which should void the trial period all together. If I do not get my refund I will be sure to relay this situation and its outcome to the upcoming class so they do not have to deal with this company's unethical practices, in hopes they choose wisely. ***** dollars is huge to us especially having so many medical bills and shouldn't be anything to this company! But I can imagine loosing 12 future clients will be a hit so let's hope we can come to an agreement with this refund.

Approximately 6 months ago I purchased a pair of surgical loupes and matching surgical headlamp. Prior to purchasing this set (for approximately $4000), I communicated to the sales representative that this was the third set I was buying from Designs for Vision, **** but that I was disappointed in the leather cases which held the battery packs, from my prior 2 sets, because they break so easily. Also that the strap that held the loupes on the back of the head did not last long either. The representative assured me that the strap for the loupes, as well as the leather cases for the batteries would be replaced for a lifetime at no cost, because the company was aware of their problems. I took him for his word and made the purchase. Now, six months after my purchase, I called the company to request replacements for each of these defective devises and was told by a person named *****, that the sales representative did not tell me the truth and that there was a fee to replace these broken items. I have requested that the salesman or a manager call me to discuss this deceptive practice. This is outright fraud. The company should honor the word of the salesman that the leather battery cases and strap for the loupes should be replaced for a lifetime. Please help in this matter. This company has lost their integrity.Thank you. ************************* **** ** ************ ***********************
