      We used them to install solar panels, on a new roof we had no leaks and they came to inspect the roof prior to the installation. Weve had them come back twice and I just called again for a big leak. These panels are only in front of my house and the leaks are only in the front of my house. So we know its not the roof thats the problem.. I spent a lot of money on panels, which now have caused inside damage to my home and my kids are being effected by this. Their rooms all need to be repaired with Sheetrock, spackle and paint. I would appreciate this to be fixed correctly for the last time and to be compensated on the costs to repair these rooms.

      My understanding from our ************** who has been in touch with the complainant, is that this issue is being resolved to the customer's satisfaction, which we is something we always strive to accomplish. 

       

      Long Island Power Solutions has offered to remove the existing solar panels, pay for the cost of a new roof, and re-install the solar once the new roof is completed.
