Sd Springs order ****** was placed on 5/23/23, my credit card was billed ****** for this transaction. After not receiving my order in a couple weeks I checked the status to find that it reads "awaiting stock order". I continue to wait a couple more months for the order to arrive. It has not to this day and status still shows "awaiting stock order". After 2 months I attempted to contact ** Springs via e-mail, website chat and Voice-mail with no response. Phone is never answered.After 3 months of waiting I went to the ** springs website and completed their "Cancel Order Form" and requested a refund of my $******. As of today 11/07/23 I have not received the product that I ordered and paid for, any response from ** springs or my refund.My request is for full refund of $****** that I paid ** Springs on 5/23/2023.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of springs and they were on back order. After quite a while maybe 2 months I called to cancel the order. They never responded or refunded my money. I sold the truck and no longer need the parts that I tried to cancel the order on.Initial Complaint

Hello,I placed order number ****** with SDTruckSprings online 6/14/23. My **** card was charged $190.99 on 6/15/23. I have not received the item or any shipping updates. I emailed them at ****************************************** a few weeks later and again on 10/9/23 asking for an update ASAP. I would request a refund but the bank account / card used on this transaction has been closed and I'm not comfortable giving my new bank info to this company. I just want the part that I paid for. Ordered parts from business on 04/29/23 paid with card. (Order #******) total purchase was $1582.69. Waited several weeks/months for inventory and was always told it was out of stock. Received parts on 07/10/23. Too late and did not need items anymore. Started, return process as of 07/18/23. Items were shipped back to a location designated by SD Truck Springs. I received confirmation update by *** that items were delivered and received by SD Truck Springs on 07/31/23. *** Tracking numbers 1***************** and ****************** received by "*****" ******** ** location. I have emailed SD Truck Springs over the past couple of moths regarding return. There have been 4 emails with no response. I have called the business and have not been able to speak to a person. I have left multiple detailed messages with my information and have not received a call back. I need assistance as this business is avoiding my claim. transaction date, 7/21/23. total amount paid on credit card $1,062.58 order #******. paid for 2nd day air, was to have product within 2 days. never received. I only received one email from them telling me they could refund my 2nd air fee, which they never did. I have tried to call, placed on pre-recorded hold for long periods of time, no one ever took my call. I emailed several times and send messages, only to receive the same generic message saying someone would get a hold of me. It has been close to 3 months. On 27 July 23, I ordered some spring assist air bags, for $198.83. Immediately received a text stating that stock was back ordered all while I was being charged. I waited a month for some info, never received, made numerous calls, left messages, all to no avail. So realizing that I was ripped off, I canceled my order. I ordered air bag kits for some vehicles on Monday June 26th 2023. I got the confirmation e-mail with the order info on it. I waited for a month on the parts and have called multiple times to try and get an answer on when these parts will be here and have not heard back from them. A month after I had ordered these parts my credit card had around 17 thousand dollars in fraudulent charges on it in the ***********. We shut that card off immediately. I would just like to see this website get shut down so they don't continue to scam customers.
