  This was the first time I purchased from this company and was weary because of the bad reviews. But wow! Their essential oils are all great and prices are reasonable. Will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

  Stay away, DO NOT give them your email address. I make it regular practice to use a domain that I own so that I can use an email address that is specific to the vendor I am placing the order with. So for PipingRock I used ******************************@(my domain) and soon after started receiving lots of spam to that email address. Meaning they sold my email address.I placed my order on 10/4/2023 and am still receiving spam mail. I reported it and have since followed up twice and never received a response. Horrible way to treat a customer.

  My data has been breached to the dark web (not once but twice) -- so not very happy about that. The security on Piping Rock is non existent as far as I can see....there is no way to change your password, protect your account (no two step authentication available), your emails, your phone numbers, payment options, your addresses - for whatever you put on their site appears to go immediately to the dark web. I cannot even remove my account. I had no choices as to cookies. They are quick to deliver and their costs are low, with wonderful sales -- but definitely not worth your information being exposed to the dark web.

  I have ordered from PipingRock MANY times and have never had an issue. I have had an oil leak and a bag of arrow root that had a hole in the bag. **************** was amazing and replaced my items without me having to waste time sending them back. I love their oils and they are SOOOO much less than the *** oils. I have recommended this company to all of my friends that buy and use essential oils and they love them too. The prices are amazing, especially when they have a sale. If you look at the complaints they have nothing to do with the actual products that are being sold. I will definitely continue to order from them going forward.

  First let me say I have been buying from them for years. Two, I was, so I thought in the rewards program. When I questioned them about when can I take advantage of it, they informed me it had been stopped. I was not told. And what happened to my rewards? Anyway, it rubbed me the wrong way. I had just put another order in 90 minutes before, so I told them to cancel the order. Well, dont ya know it was too late. Usually I end up waiting a day or two for my order to ship. Needless to say, they will not see another dime of my money. And if this is the type of company you want to deal with, go for it. You get better deals, have it the next day, and do not pay for shipping with Am///n.

  Been ordering for about 3 months now and so far what they have sent seems like good vitamins and they read like they are quality. Will get back later if things change for the worse, but for now I like there value and quality.

  Refused to provide *********** Sheets for their products. Didn't seem to understand that saying it's safe isn't the same as proving it with data of hazards. Their labels don't provide the information either.

  deceptive advertising is not good their item #**** is nopal cactus and nowhere does it say leaves (thick petals)It shows on bottle just the red flowers where all the betalains are.Is it not logical to expect what we see on the labels?They agreed for a full refund if I sent it back at my cost. I'm a low income senior and cant afford that. Refund my $25.40 please.This bottle of 180 pills was probably 50 cents work of the cheap petals.

  I have been taking Piping Rock Women's Advanced Multiple. I am not happy as, my, health seems to be getting worse verses better. I can not find if they were recalled.I am going back to some name brand Vitamins, I trust.Please be careful with these products.

  Piping rock uses extremely deceptive business practices of charging you more than you agreed to pay. Some available shipping options (which you pay more for) state "INTERNATIONAL: ALL DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED), yet when you choose this option, you still get charged taxes and duties to your credit card without knowledge or agreement to pay this. Management is aware but refuses to do anything about it. DO NOT SHOP AT PIPING ROCK, GO ELSEWHERE. If you do decide to shop on this site, beware of your total at checkout and your credit card bill.
