    September 28th my car was broke down across from the shop and they put new battery in and put new belt on the car $441.42 September 29th: car breaks down again and belt snapped off while about 40 miles from the shop and 25 miles from home about 8pm.I call *****'s tow and auto and they were so apologetic and said they would get in touch with a manger because i wanted them to take care of this I shouldn't of had to pay for tow or repairs. they have manager call my boyfriend who was with the car. He leaves car and keys for tow and send someone right away while I uber him home for $50.September 30th: I call to see when car would be ready, mechanic *****, says he never put new belt on, he only put it back on(even though the belt was broken) and my car needed a new one the first time it came in and thought it was unsafe, yet he never said that. He let me take it home first day. He wanted $278, plus $400 tow, I was extremely upset and wanted to have my boyfriend call them. I specifically asked if the tow and mechanic shop was two separate bills, in which they said yes, they had nothing to do with one another.*** (my boyfriend) then called them expressing how upset he was only for them to say, "i told them to fix everything" and now my bill was $700 plus $400 tow.October 1st: Merc the owner called me and said now he was charging me $75 a day every day it was there as well, and he wanted all of this in CASH only!beyond the fact they were unprofessional, rude and now scamming me. they never backed up the original problem them fixed, instead set me up to leave knowing it was unsafe and that they could say any price and id be forced to pay for it to get my car. I NEVER agreed to anything but them to tow car to fix and back up their work, which should be FREE.October 5th: would not accept anything but CASH, even though I paid for the first repair on my credit card. Charged me $650 which he said "he was helping me out",They let me drive in unsafe car to get money-not help

    At this time, I have not been contacted by *****'s Auto & Towing Service regarding complaint ID ********.I also have had to take my car in again and was told that Jerrys auto did not fix my car and this will cost additional money to fix what Jerrys auto was supposed to already
