              On 4/5/24 I went on the company's website to pay a bill in the amount of $1189.19. Because I am 90 and have a shaky hand, I erroneously typed $11189.19. Shortly afterwards I realized my error and called their customer ********************** to get that corrected. The very nice agent understood the problem and said she would contact the billing office to have the payment stopped. I got an email from the company on 4/5/24 saying that the erroneous paymejnt had been voided. I went on the company's website that morning to send the correct payment. I quickly received an email providing payment confirmation. HOWEVER, that payment has not been shown on my bank's checking account nor has it been shown on the company's website. In fact, the payment is still being shown there as being due. Despite my phone call and two emails, the situation has not changed. I want the correct payment to be processed.

              I was working for an oil company that Hop Energy bought out when they bought them out the contract stayed that they keep us as full time drivers so 4 years later they lay me off and another driver me and GJ other driver they laid off we were doing the most work for the company I was delivering on an area no other driver wanted to deliver to and the other driver was delivering oil and propane I also know how to deliver propane to but they ladies is of and trained the white guy to do propane when they already had 4 drivers to do that so why they lay us off and train the white guy to deliver propane sounds like discrimination then they turn around and make me and the other drivers seasonal drivers when we were hired full time not only that the just bought another pill company so why lay us off when they just purchased another oil giving those guys full time status over us something is not right
