On 9/22/24, I used ******************************************* to book a parking spot with Aardwolf Parking **** The contract with ******************************************* outlined that there was a daily rate of $9.95 per day with an additional $12 fee per day for large trucks. The contract was for 5 days. When I arrived to the lot, they charged me over $15 per day additional for the truck citing that it was company policy and they cannot accept third party pricing. When we were on vacation, Hurricane ****** ****** ******* and our flight was cancelled. I called the parking service and let them know my flight was canceled and I would be returning 2 days late. They said that this was no problem. I came back expecting to pay $9.95 plus $12 per day for the additional 2 days. They charged me over $147 in addition to the original $69 reservation and $87 truck fee. What I anticipated being around $120 turned into $300 with all of these hidden fees. In addition to all of the ridiculous hidden fees due to them refusing to honor my contract, it took them 2 hours from when I pulled into the parking lot until they were able to shuttle me to the airport. This is wildly unacceptable.

I booked a reservation with Aardwolf Parking JFK through airportparkingreservations.com. When my May 23rd 2024 travel date arrived, I attempted to locate the parking lot via the stated GPS address (*****************************************************************************, and I was unable to locate Aardwolf or an otherwise indicated long term airport parking business located at that address. My wife and I called the business and asked for assistance in finding their location. We were yelled at in a foreign language before the person on the other end promptly hung up on us. We called back from my wifes phone and there was no answer. I then called from my phone and the person told us their address was ********************* some ***** minutes away as it turns out. We drove to this newly furnished address and again there was no parking business, Aardwolf or otherwise. I anxiously called again and the person on the other end informed me that their address was ********************************************. Urgent to find valid parking as to make my flight, I parked in JFK long term parking. I was subsequently unable to cancel my parking reservation (as per their stated terms) as it was then past our designated arrival time. ****** reviews of this business tell similar stories to mine and this business should be avoided at all costs.

February 6, 2024 & April 13, 2024 $226.00 ($109.00) on Feb 6, 2024 which should have paid for reservation to park car ($117.00) additional that they told us when getting to lot before flight that was needed and to read fine print which is not accurate. We couldn't argue as we had kids and a flight to get on. They also did not offer a receipt. This place seemed so shady! Dirty, barbed wire fence! The transport van was a piece of crap! They charged another $117 saying we had extra passenger! I can track my car and mileage ect and it had 9 miles less for how many miles to empty and both front seats had been moved! Someone had sat in the passenger seat. When we called for pick up on our return, you could hardly understand them, we told them it was the 6 of us plus 4 suitcases and 5 carryons, they didn't pick us up where we were instructed then came with a smaller vehicle saying the other one was out of commission and we couldn't fit all luggage so we had to hold in our laps and the guy drove aggressively getting us to our car, our grandkids were scared! I give this place a zero!! Beware!!!! When I called them after picking up our car they said to call back on Monday as I said that we wanted the $117 back as they scammed us there are many bad reviews that this happened to others as well! They won't answer my calls now, or act like they can't speak clearly. I have been getting the run around every day. They won't give me info on who I can speak with and then they will hang up on me. They asked if I had video and to prove it. I have several reviews from others to see this is a pattern with this place. I attached the original reservation and that is all I got for a receipt and we didn't get one for the $117 as they rushed us in van for transport and we wanted to make it to airport for an international flight

The Customer was clearly upset on the extra charges and if you may ask the customer for the booking email in complete all the details attached will be mentioned there too. Moreover Shuttle is cleaned once in 24hrs and those days because of the traffic rush it is not possible to clean it after every trip and customers cant be controlled to keep it clean. Thirdly yes somebody had to park the car, being valet parking so had to adjust the seat accordingly. Fourthly customer's cars are under 24/7 surveillance. There are 7 cameras installed in the lot sized ***** sq ft. Regards

I booked a parking stay at Aardwolf Parking *** for 1/21/24-1/27/24 on airportparkingreservations.com. My reservation stated Mid-Size SUVs and Mini Vans will be charged an extra $6.00 per day. I have a compact SUV (Lexus NX), so I made the reservation expecting no fees. When I arrived at the lot, the attendant demanded that I pay an extra fee of $5/day (for 8 days) and pointed to signs that say that there is a fee of $5/day for small SUVs and pointed to a list of small SUVs, which did not contain a Lexus NX. I showed him that my prepaid reservation only listed extra fees for mid-size SUVs and larger cars, and that my car is a compact SUV and thus exempt. I also showed him that my car is not on their list. He agreed that my car is a compact SUV and not a midsize SUV, however the employee did not care about the details of my reservation or the fact that my car was not on their list of cars that incur extra fees. The employee also refused to call a supervisor. The employee would not let me park my car there stating that if I do not agree to pay the extra fees, I can go elsewhere. I could not actually go elsewhere, since I had a prepaid nonrefundable reservation, and also I would miss my flight by going somewhere else. I was forced to pay the extra fees, so they would take the car and I would make the flight. They proceeded to tell me that I can pay the extra fees by cash and avoid paying taxes, or pay them by credit card and pay a tax of 17%. They clearly impose arbitrary fees and then pocket the cash, without reporting it to the government, and possibly even their own boss. I paid by credit card. The amount came to $46.80. Could you please get them to refund my money?

Parked car from 11/9/23 to 11/25/23. The charge was for ****** but when we got there, they charged us an additional ****** and then another ****** that had to be in cash. They took pictures of the car when we dropped it off so they are aware the car had no damage. When the car was picked up there was a big whole in the glass moon roof and several dents throughout the car. They returned the car as if there was no damage. Minutes after pulling away we heard the glass in the moon roof and we immediately went back to the lot. They told us to take pictures and reach out to the manager to resolve. Called the lot 20 times and the manager was never available and they acted like nothing happened. Once we realized that they are not going to repair the vehicle and after reading several reviews where people had similar experiences, we took it to a body shop and the damage is $19,750.92. Still tried calling and having them repair it but to no avail.

The shuttle service picked my group up at *** to retake us to the parking lot where our car was parked. I realized I left my wallet in the back seat of the shuttle and called them right away. The customer service was horrible. They hung up on me 2x. When I mentioned I left my wallet in the shuttle they told me they would check and call me back. They never did and I had to call 4 more times for them to finally answer and state it was not there. I asked if they picked up any other groups and the answer was no. I asked if they can check again and they told me no its there and hung up. It is very sad for a company not to be honest and return my belongings which had my drivers license, credit cards, cash and passport. They could have kept the cash I just wanted my items back. They just kept stating its not in vehicle. I would never recommend them nor use them *****

I booked and paid to park at Aardwolf Parking Lot through a third party site, *******. Aardwolf Parking accepted the payment, I left my car with them. When I came to pick up our car Aardwolf said they did not accept payments from the booking company we paid through and wanted to charge us more than twice the price that we had already paid to get our car out of the lot. A bait and switch!! We paid $91.84 ($9.99/day) to *******. Aardwolf then charged us $263.25 ($25/day) to get our car out of their lot. They had already accepted the ******* reservation and the payment when I left my car with them. They wouldn't accept credit, only debit or Zelle payments (probably so that we couldn't contest the FRAUDULENT charge). They wouldn't release our car to us until we paid them and now we're contesting the charge. I was there for about an hour trying to call the manager of the company, no one was picking up. During this time I witnessed many other customers dealing with similar issues with Aardwolf. Another couple discovered that they had their car broken into. Aardwolf was also bait switching other customers and charging them more than they agreed to pay. This is a terrible business. They are so dishonest. And they scammed us.As you can see in the supporting documents, we paid ******* $91.84 to park at Aardwolf. Upon pick-up, Aardwolf charged us $263.25 to release our vehicle to us even though they had initially accepted the reservation and payment made on *******. As you can see on the internal paper from Aardwolf Parking, it says we paid $92, and we signed at the bottom. They then decided to charge us $225 (plus tax), as you can see in red at the top of the paper. This is not the price we agreed on. We were not reimbursed the original $91.84.
