    Job #1 On January 28th, 2023, I paid ********************* a $2,200.00 deposit towards a $4,300.00 job I hired him for to remove a partial vacate order from ****************************************************************. ***** On January 30th, 2023, I paid him $500.00 more for fees he allegedly had to pay ************** of Buildings. On February 1st 2023, after giving me the permit given to him by ************** of Buildings to start the job, ***********************(the person who rents the store) paid him $1,100.00 with the expectation that he would immediately start the job and have the partial vacate order removed. To date, he has not come to do any work, he has not reached out saying when he will start doing the work and he doesnt text or call about the work. Job#2 On February 5th 2023, ********************* was hired by me to clear boiler room violations located at **********************************************************. *****. On February 7th 2023, ********************* was given $4,500.00 as a deposit towards a $6,700.00 job to remove boiler room violations. He has not done any work on the above listed premises since receiving the above listed payment, has not called or texted to say when he was going to start the job, and does not answer my phone calls or texts. My son **** has also reached out to him via text and phone regarding both matters to ask him when he would be returning the money he was paid to do a job he did not do. I had to hire and pay another plumber to do the job.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
    I only received $2000.00 towards an $8300.00 balance due.  Upon receipt of the $6300.00 balance due, my complaint will be resolved.
