Please do yourself a favor and never buy from these desperate people. When I leased my car from them, they had a different price that I needed to put down at pickup from what we originally negotiated. They also have called me over and over-over the term of the lease about turning it in-even though I told them every single time I wasnt interested and to stop calling. They are still calling me even after I spoke to the sales manager and complained. They dont care about their customers. I will never get a car from them again and I suggest you dont either. They are harassing me at this point.Review from Victoria H

My husband and I were supposed to buy TWO cars from this dealership. We were still going through with the sale despite the lack of professionalism with an argument between the salesman and the finance *** earlier. Then my husband did his paperwork. When he was done he went to remove the car seats from our cars while I did the paperwork for my car. As I was doing the paperwork, it became apparent that the finance *** put $29400 down on the WRONG car. He put it down on my husbands truck which was only supposed to have $25k down. I wanted $29400 down on my car bc it lowered my payment a lot. When I asked the finance *** to fix it he became irate and kept saying it doesnt matter. Dont you and your husband pay together?. I said Im not comfortable moving forward until he fixes his mistake. He continued to berate me stating its my fault not his and I was being sneaky because I must have seen the lower payment. I didnt even look at my husbands and my husband would never do something like that on purpose. I said again that it was the finance ***s mistake and Im not comfortable moving forward until he owns it and fixes it. He then threw my check at me and stormed out. I went out the door and said this isnt what I want. I want you to fix your mistake. He yelled at me across the show room stating he wont take my abuse and that he wont fight with me in front of my child because hes a good parent and thats not healthy. I said to another salesman I wanted to see somebody else & if its not resolved Im posting reviews. The *** heard and screamed across the room yeah Im real scared. I said cancel everything and went to get my husband. When my husband heard what happened he went in to confront him. The *** said lets talk about this somewhere private despite the fact he wasnt scared to scream at me in front of the entire show room. The finance director asked my husband to still do the sale but we refused and left. This all happened in front of my 4 year old.Review from Sherill S

Sayville Ford is the WORST!! Ive taken my 2023 Escape back for repairs three times so far since February, all electrical in nature and so far they have not repaired it, although they said it was repaired. My windshield kept freezing on the inside, the rear windshield took more than 30 minutes to defrost, the interior lights and warning bells functioned intermittently. At first *********************** who was appointed my serviceman tried to convince me they couldnt find the problem. The service manager (******) found out there was a faulty seal involving one of the rear lights that was to blame that affected the electrical components. When that was repaired, I drove around the corner and saw the check engine light was on as well as the battery symbol. I took out back the same night. It turned out to be a faulty battery due to an electrical problem. Two weeks later, I took the car to be serviced because the **** front camera, and radio stopped working. Each time I called, I left messages to speak with Mr. ****** and he did not return my phone calls. There were several times when the answering service would put me on hold and not come back. The last time I had an issue and spoke to the service ****** I was told they were very busy and no one could come to the phone. I surprised them and went there after work. There were servicemen standing around talking and I didnt see any cars being repaired. Now, (3 weeks later) have warning messages telling me to get vehicle serviced soon. There is an intermittent low rumbling noise when I turn on the radio AGAIN, and now the door locks work intermittently. I contacted **** Customer Relations and once they spoke to Mr. ******* he told them he wouldnt have an opening for me until sometime in July and they had no loaner vehicles. They sold me a lemon and do not want to take responsibility for doing so, and to think that **** got a bailout makes me sick to my stomach. Perhaps a lawyer or the news would help.Review from Flavia C

Absolutely awful service department! Took my vehicle in for a recall repair and they charged me $600 for wiring the part in and claimed it wasnt part of the recall. Asked them to check my radio while it was in for the recall part, and they charged me an additional $600 claiming it needed to be replaced but werent willing to show me or give me back my irreparable radio. Drive home same night and my back up camera coincidentally not communicating with my exact model radio replacement. Waited four months, after a dozen unreturned phone calls to the service agent and manager ******* who does not have the human decency to call customers back and finally got an appointment after contacting **** corporate customer service . ******* at ********************** was instructed by the assistant manager ****** to tell me that my backup camera- the one that coincidentally isnt functioning since they replaced my radio- isnt working and would cost $667 plus taxes to replace. They took no accountability nor responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle nor the financial consequences to me as a result of their faulty actions and unethical business practices. As a result I had to pick up my vehicle without the repair being done . The safety issue they have created for me in my family vehicle is disturbing to say the least. They do not care about their customers, and the assistant manager ****** is a rude, condescending individual who speaks to women with disrespect as if they are ignorant. Highly suggest : Do not give them your business or hard earned money.Review from Renaldo R

************** Watch out! They will try to force you to agree to all kinds of expensive add-ons after you're committed to purchasing the vehicle. Then they will try to force you to use one of their financing partners with bloated interest rates. Again, watch out. They epitomize the used car salesmen stereotype, even when selling new. They got me, don't let them get you.Review from Steve G

I bought a 2021 explorer on the first day of shopping never thought that would happen. I went to 2 other dealerships that day. I found they had a fair deal but just as important the vehicle was by far the nicest compared to the other explorers one smelled like mildew annother the side of the driver seat fell off when I got outAce was very knowledgeable about the suv. He did not pressure us at all. As per usual he said we could not leave until the manager came over **** the sales Manager offered a lower price. We said it was our first day looking and he said that was fine again no pressure. It was one off the best car buying experience I have had. PS. ************** train coverage including the motor! Would highly recommend you give them a chance at selling you your next vehicle!Sayville Ford Response

I am currently in an active chapter 7 bankruptcy. I reached out to this dealership for a specific vehicle they took $500 of my money and said I would get it back if I was not approved. They took my debit card information this past week and said they were crediting my money back because I was not approved because my bankruptcy was not discharged. I told them that the bankruptcy was not discharged before my money was ever taken. I called my bank and was told there were no pending credits. I then just tried to call the dealership and was hung up on by a Tiago. All he did was over talk me on the phone and told me to come in. I live in *********** **. They are in Long Island the only time I would drive there is if I got the car I wanted. **** a car salesman took my $500 they sold the car that I came to them for. This is not professional and not good business these people are thieves. I needed a better car and I trusted these people and they took my money and did not do anything for me.Sayville Ford Response

I went to Sayville Ford on 9/6/23 wanting to purchase a **** Bronco Sport. I met with ************************* the salesman. I told him exactly what I wanted and informed him under no circumstances do I want any after sales such as extended warranty or undercoating. He assured me that I wouldnt get any of it but that I needed to inform the finance manager when I was ready to close. After having a pleasant experience with ************************* who was very helpful and knowledgeable I was directed to *********************** for the financing. I reiterated to *** what I had told *** that I did not want any after sales packages at all. He said no problem. As I am reading over and signing the documents I did not see anything stating any after sales. When I received my copy of the contract and read it thoroughly again when I got home I noticed a page that I had not seen before which was all the add one I did not want for $5,600. It was deliberately omitted from the other documents I was signing. I called and requested to speak to *** on 9/8/23 and was told he was off. I asked to speak to another finance person and he couldnt help me. Then I asked for a manager named **** and he informed me that he was confused as to why I was so upset because I did in fact sign the contract. I said yes I did but I was never shown the part of the contract that showed the after sale. He said he couldnt help me and that I would have to call back to speak to ***. I asked him to have *** call me when he gets in. I never got that call so I called him and he was not available so I left a message. He never got back me so I called several more times and I kept getting his voicemail. I am very upset with the whole situation. I am a single mom working almost 60 hours a week raising a daughter who is disabled. Im finally able to buy something I really wanted and Sayville Ford cheated me!Sayville Ford Response

Went there to test drive a used ****** Tacoma and was told by the salesman that the price would be higher if I paid cash instead of financing with them. They had two prices, higher and lower on their website but only listed the lower price on the other listing platforms. The salesman also said that the cash price was actually higher than advertised because of added anti theft features and windshield treatment that obviate the use of the windshield wipers, but also, only if I insisted on paying cash. Then he offered me $16k on a $20 k trade in. I walked out, but not without concern for less discerning buyers who might come in response to the lower price advertised on the other platforms. I have an understanding that it is illegal to lowball prospective customers on used car prices?Sayville Ford Response
