    I purchased a 36 service warranty with my new car at the end of February 2022. Fuccillo has sold that business since my purchase. When I went for my first service on 8/1/2022 I went to a different location. When I called to get the information from the warranty company to give to the dealership they gave me a number to call. They told me it would be no problem going to a different place since they hold the money for the services. When the dealership called for payment they were denied. I called and was connected to a “manager” who informed me that the previous employee was incorrect and I had to go to the original business. I informed them that that business had sold. They said they would authorize payment to go there. I told them the service had already been completed and I had spoken to an employee there before hand who said it would be fine. The “manager” informed me that was wrong and continued to refuse payment. I had to pay $97.15 for something that I have already paid for when I purchased this vehicle. I called Fuccillo they offered to send me a form to cancel the warranty when I told them I wanted my money back. They have yet to follow through. They have yet to offer any explanation or apology for their warranty company giving me conflicting information.

    On 3/03/2022 I took my 2017 Kia Sportage to this location to have the engine replaced as part of a recall. I called several times and was told my vehicle was not ready. I called on 5/11/2022 and was told my vehicle was ready but a brake light was out and did I want it fixed. I said yes and picked my vehicle up the next day. I started to notice this rattling noise and my brake were grinding so I took my vehicle to ***** and was told my undercarriage & shield were broken. I call Kia and they said they told me when they left a voicemail about my vehicle being ready. I explained I call that’s how I found out my vehicle was ready and I was only told about a brake light. I told them they broke my undercarriage and shield and they needed to fix it. They said they didn’t and hung up the phone. I want them to fix my vehicle or pay for the repairs.
