I signed up and received my first box, when I went to log back into get a mailing label to exchange for a different size, I could not, the website said password was incorrect. Clicked link to get new password, no response. Emailed from the "Contact us" because you cannot call anyone, and no response. I was charged on my credit card and I cannot contact anyone to stop the subscription.

I signed up 5 months ago. I've been charged every month, but have never revived a box. I've had an email conversation with several team members, and I've been assured each time that my account has been canceled and my credit card info deleted from their system. Well, another charge just came through today. I am furious

Never reply to emails. Can't contact by phone. I requested to exchange my shirts twice, per the instructions on the web site. Both times zero response. I requested to cancel my auto shipment and received no response. The web site does not offer an area to update my payment method so that I can assure that they don't continue billing me. I am truly frustrated and upset! I am going to continue to get billed they don't respond. I don't want to be part of this company's auto shop program, and they offer me no way to cancel. This business needs to be reviewed and their standards need to be improved. They should not be able to continue to bill people with the ability for customers to cancel. What a terrible feeling it is to have no option.

Warning - Urbane Box does not provide the clothing and/or service that they claim to. In addition, they will not cancel your service upon request and will continue to ship poor quality, single brand, clothing that doesn't even come close to matching the clothing profile you fill out. They will offer an exchange, charge you a fee for the exchange, and send you more cheep crap that is unwearable and you'll simply want to exchange again. Urbane Box is basically a scam service that will lock you in for months, charge you a monthly fee, ship and bill you monthly for the cheapest, lowest quality clothing you can imagine (ex. it will be the wrong size, single brand clothing, cheap and ugly as anything you'll see in the market). PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT / SERVICE - YOU WILL BE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

The reason I signed up with them is because I'm a disable individual under social security that rarely leave the home and is sad that individuals like this take advantage and don't get punish.

My first red flag came from the style quiz. It doesn't allow me to add much information about my personal preferences or needs and asked me to choose among just two sets of pictures to set my "style". When my package arrived I was pretty surprised to see an unbranded brown box. Inside were two articles of clothing tossed in there, unwrapped, no packing slip, no other papers explaining my purchase or what to do if I didn't want it. I went into my account to see how to return the clothes and found only an exchange form. I emailed and asked how to return since the form was only for exchanges and they said to just write a note in the exchange form that it's a return. I sent the clothes back to the fishing tackle company they sent me a label for (no joke) and was charged $30. That's when I learned that if you sign up with a promo and cancel, they charge you for the remainder of the full price subscription ($65)...for the clothing I did not keep. Having tried other subscription clothing companies, I can easily say that Urbane Box has been the worst. From beginning to end they show a stunning lack of customer care. It was an expensive lesson that I'm hoping my review can help others learn from.

Similar complaints as others. The clothing quality is very cheap and lack of customer service. I would avoid this company. If you want to try, use Privacy.com for a virtual credit card so they cannot continue to charge you. This advice applies to most online shopping. Claim 1: "Our stylists will send you an individually curated package based off your styling preference." - www.urbanebox.com/how-it-works/ Actual: Two shirts received in the first box were size XL which was clearly not what was entered when signing up. Claim 2: "You will have a stylist assigned to your account. Our stylists will communicate with you at all times if you have any questions or special requests." - www.urbanebox.com/how-it-works/ Actual: No contact from stylist prior to the first shipment despite repeated attempts to contact them. Response from company: "Our stylists do not reach out to members, unless the member requests to be contacted. If there are no requests, the stylist will base the selections on the information provided via the Styling Questionnaire." Claim 3: " Receive at least $90 worth of clothes!" - www.facebook.com/urbanebox/ Actual: MSRP on one shirt was $30 per the tag. The other shirt is Hawk's Bay brand with no tag but is a Walmart brand that retails for $15. For the cost of $65/month, my first box had an MSRP of $45.
