We went to the shop to inquire about installing a remote start in my ********** Tiguan. The remote start was installed after bringing my car back 3 days in a row because there were issues with the manufacturer of the remote start. We had to call every single one of those days, multiple times because they would not communicate with us what was going on with the car. After finally finishing the installment, the owner explained to me how to use it and we left the shop. 10 minutes into driving away, the car shut off in the middle of a county road, while going a speed of 65 miles per hour. Luckily, I was able to safely get to the side of the road without getting into an accident or injuring myself. We called the owner and he apologized and said I misspoke and you have to turn the remote start off before getting in the car, and start the engine again before putting the car in drive. After a month and a half, I had been using the remote start regularly, when one morning the car was warming up and would not turn off, therefore locking me out of my car and continued to run for 4 hours while we figured out how to get in without damaging the car. We took the car back to Jazz Audio and asked to have the remote start removed. The owner was reluctant and expressed he paid his men to install and now will need to uninstall the product. He left us with an invoice stating he would be in contact with us in no more than 2 weeks to tell us the amount we would be receiving in a refund. Once again, we had to call him and ask for an update. When I explained I was not happy with receiving only half the amount I paid in a refund, he told me to go **** yourself and do whatever the **** you want and hung the phone up. Im extremely unhappy with the way this man conducted himself as a business owner when I have done nothing but try to give him the benefit of the doubt.Business Response

no thats not what i said i said u had a working remote start for 3 months with no problems and now u want a refund and u threating me with u were going to right bad reviews about me and my store and try to hurt my family and kids lively hood if u didnt get your way and then i said do what ever u want i dont responed to threatsCustomer Answer

The owner of the business is not admitting to any fault during this entire transaction. The owner is now stating that I threatened his family and kids, which I did nothing of the sort. A customer should not be cursed at for trying to get a refund for something they were not happy with from day one. I could have been seriously injured because he did not do his job to the best of his ability.

I brought my car to do front two windows and upper windshield tented but the left window tent start to come off from the edge so I brought to them and they redid it and I showed them that the other window has bubbles they told me wait a week and it will go away and it did init go away then I brought again and they claims they redid the whole thing again but it was very worse and I spoke to the owner and told him I am not happy with the service and I need him to remove the tent and refund me the money but he said I have to call me to tell me when the tent guy will be available to remove and 3 weeks later they never did call me and he refused to refund me my moneyBusiness Response

hi sir we did a great job on your tints we even redid it for u and it was perfect tints r just a film and water and it takes time to dry out u r still driving your car with my tints i can not give your refund the job was done fine im very sorry u dont like the way it looks but i seen it my self and it looks fine thank u ps the credit card company agreed with me too please stop trying to get your tints for free thank u geneCustomer Answer

I contacted the store yesterday and spoke to **** and I did asked him to speak to the owner and he said he was not available and told me that they can not do anything for me now since the case with BBB and I did called back and spoke to *** and he said that they can not remove the tint because the labor cost and they will not give me my money back or fix it either because the tint is good and I did asked him to speak with **** and he never called back , attached is my proof of the bubbles in the tint and it is very clear that it is very bad job and I would like them to remove the tint and refund me the money , they can reach me at ************** to set up a time for remove it and refund me my money not credit that is the only resolution I am requesting because I do not deal with them any more

you stated that I already went online and trashed your store that is Aan evidence that the pictures of the tint you installed to my car which i posted on my review on ****** proof that the services were very horrible, and you still insist that the work is great and i was very satisfied. I even attached more pictures in this answer to prove that service was very bad and the tint full of bubbles. i think this case will be added your other BBB cases that were never been resolved by your business. answering a claim one thing and resolving the claim is another fact. all your cases never been resolved, and it is online on ******.

Took car to get car play screen fixed. Jazz audio took it upon themselves to take off my car door in attempt to take off my tints that were peeling. Which was not asked for. The car turning signal is no longer working, none the windows are rolling down and my dashboard had no light which is beyond dangerous at night. They refuse to take responsibility and have now made my car undriveable.Business Response

the customer droped off her car it was 90 degrees out we tryed to open the window the window went down half way and stoped we called the customer and told her she said she was having problems with the window we tryed to helped her i went way beyond the call of dudy and find her problem for charge she has a water damaged module in her kick panel of her car its all ***** she needs to buy a new one has nothing to do with me or my store she just doesnt want to here it i even told her that i would change it for her for free if she got the part thats all i can do for her it has nothing to do with jazz audioCustomer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The original issue the car was brought in for- which was the car play that I paid $1,000 to have installed is still not fixed. They managed to get the radio screen back on without allowing car play. My phone does not charge nor connect, I have no turning signal. My windows dont work. Im driving in pitch black. Without car play. As a nursing student who drives over an hour 4x a week for school. I dont need a free installation of something that wasnt broken before I brought it in. Regardless of the electrical issues brought upon me by Jazz Audio- they managed to give me a car with STILL no car play!

Like I said before jazz audio did not break her window control module its full of water it has water damaged u said your self when we called u about it that u were having problems before u brought into jazz audio I suggest u bring it to a *** dealer and get the factory broken part fixed and yes u should not be driving illegal without blinkers if it was my car I would have the water damaged part fixed. As for the car play it work fine when your mother picked it up so Im not sure what u or she did. Jazz audio has been helping people for over 40 years we always help people I saved u hundreds of dollars by finding the problem for u *** would have charged u another 2 hours worth of labor I gave it to u for free u should be saying thank u but u dont want to hear it what do u think I poured water in the module come on its electronics its been getting wet for awhile and it finally stop working Thats all I got to say about this case. Thank u
