    I paid $ ****** for 500 real estate buyer leads. This scam company gave me access to a website that provided no leads but offered to let me purchase more leads! I repeatedly called and emailed asking where my leads were. They were never provided. This company is a fraud. I want a full refund issued to my credit card. I can see why this company has an "F" grade with the BBB. It is well earned.

    Bought into a pitch that was not as described. Was supposed to be automated, ads setup for us. Certainly not the case,What I paid for I didn't receive out of the gate, not all of the product offerings were there. I was assured ads would generate 1-4% conversion. After spending another $3000 in ad costs, none of the 350+ leads setup generated even one dollar. I didn't even receive the training email until 2 months after signup after asking for it several times. The support was non-existent, I spent 3 months working on the setup myself, was double-charged for texts and emails sent through the system, horrible. I was grossly overcharged for my package compared to the other members who had the option of a package for $995. I didn't even get an option for this, and it is an annual renewal! This is a blatant misinterpretation of a training and service that is not at all how they are selling it. I'm asking for a refund of the original $10,000.

    On February 9, 2023, I was talking to ***************** regarding coming into the loan broker business program. I was interested because ********** Smith stated in his marketing video that this program was only $997. (They took $967 on the first day I mentioned then it was $1 for the next 30 days. I blocked them after the third day.) After ***************** explained to me that there are no other fees except for marketing via email, text and I can buy a domain name via *******. I gave him my card payment information from the application he sent me. AFTER I gave him my payment, ***** stated that **** (F. Smith) requires him to give each applicant the agreement paperwork. When he sent it to me via email that same day, I read it and told him that I do not agree with these statements. "I do not want to be in that program," "Do not charge my credit card." He put me on hold saying he was going to talk to someone to see about this. Whether he talks to someone or not, I do not know. He came back on the phone and said there was nothing he could do. I told him, yes he can because he has my payment information and not to charge me since I did not put my signature on that agreement. Therefore I did not sign up for this program, my credit card should not have been charged until I signed. I do not feel comfortable moving forward with this program because there is no transparency here. I'm asking for my money to be returned since it was taken under misleading methods by *****************. When I talked to ***** this Friday, after 4 pm est (April 7, 2023) He tried to tell me that the agreement popped out to me after the payment was made but I now remember that it did not until He let me know he was going to send it to me. If I received the agreement before giving my payment, I would understand the no refund policy but not the way ***************** tricked me into getting the payment before and then showed me that document. I am very disappointed in ************ Smith and an original Shark *********************************** Program. I thought this was a legit and ethical business.The resolution I prefer is to receive my money back a total of $ 969. Thank you.

    Phil ********************** sold me a program that included mentoring from the world renowned *******************. Unfortunately, **** had no idea he was being sold. **** doesn't do this type of mentoring. This was a completely premeditated lie and scam. whenever I asked when my mentoring with **** was going to begin, I got Viciously attacked. The program also came with mentoring from phil ********************** or one of his top guys which I never received. The program also came with access to a credit repair service. One which we were not allowed to speak with, never got any updates on our leads, and never heard from them at all. Also, **** referred me to another person, who I paid extra money for special help, who showed me how to spend many thousands of dollars to create worthless leads. We blew our life's savings of over $100,000 on this scam as we thought **** was a man of honor. We are now in financial hardship over this 100% preplanned scam.

    People should stay as far away from this deceptive and misleading company by saying if you pay ****** up front and then a **** a day for 30 days then you will have access to training and link once you get a godaddy link to connect with. Well it took over a week to get the leads link and still to this day I have not received access to loans process platform and never did I get the leads that I was promise.So now I am out ****** along with what I paid for the godaddy link and lets not for get the ***** for paying **** a day for access to training for no reason with out access to leads or loan processing platform. Then they tell you that their is no refund once you have access to education platform. Problem I never got access to the loan processing platform. Do not waste your time or money.

    I received an email on September 27, 2022 which stated that Philip Smith would be giving ***** leads to fast track members by October 3,2022. When I didn't receive those leads on October 3rd I reached out to the network. The first response was them asking me to prove that I received the email on Oct 4. The next response was were backed up on Oct 5. After that was thanks for your patience October 6. Finally, on October 7, I received an email saying that they forgot to tell me to send a video that needed to meet their approval before I received the leads. I am very disappointed in how this was handled. To resolve this matter I would rather have the leads as promised, if not then a full refund will be sufficient.
