10/5/2022- I have purchased GMC Yukon Denali 2023 with an extended warranty and Auto ******* protection (paint and leather) which was supposed to be for reapplication every six months. First time in April of 2023 I turned in my vehicle for service and gave the green card that came from Auto ******* as a reminder for such service. The application was not done inside and the outside was only done when I said they have forgot to do it- then they claimed there is no leather protection included. I proved that I have it. They said to bring the vehicle another day. I had no replacement vehicle so waited for another maintenance service which I scheduled for 10/30. Again the paint protection and leather protection was not performed. They just did regular wash and vacuum inside. I argued that it wasnt done again. They said to leave the car for another day and they will take care of it. I got a call at 6pm when they were closing that again I have no leather auto *******. I came to the dealership and they still argued that the application is only done once for the entire 5years. I went home without a car- because they couldnt find my keys. I found a contract and send it to them. Im frustrated and done arguing and want my money back for Auto ******* because they failed to provide it twice and be without a car for 3 days every six months.

On Saturday, Feb 24, 2024, my 2017 Cadillac CT6 with only ****** miles became inoperable on the road, and was towed to ******************************,Buick,GMC for repairs,I had bought the warranty from them, and gone there for work before. The service writer who checked us in was **************************** an email,I was informed by ***** that the front differential had broken, and pictures were provided. In subsequent emails, I was advised that warranty coverage had been approved, but that parts were on backorder. I asked to see the parts, however, only more pictures were provided, I was never notified when I could come and see the damaged parts. Eventually, I was notified over the phone that a new unit had been located. As the damaged unit was being removed, it was discovered that an axle shaft was damaged, and had to be replaced. I was told this over the phone, and was also told that the warranty company would cover the cost of the axle, but not the installation, and this labor charge was over $600. I said no, and called the warranty company myself. I spoke to ****, who said he saw in his computer that the labor was covered for this specific job. I replied to the service writer by email, saying the above, and that I was not going to gift ********************* $600+, and to go ahead with the repair. Finally, on Tuesday, March 5th, ******* sent an email saying the car was ready, no mention of the charge. I called her, and asked about the charge, and she said "no charge". Hmm, just like that, they waived a $600+ charge. My spouse and I picked up the car and left, turned around and came right back. There was a subtle vibration at idle, and it was pulling to the left. It was then that ******* became argumentative and dismissive, even laughing at me when I said the warranty should cover the alignment, because it's related to this repair. She became increasingly arrogant when I asked for the manager, asking why I went there! There isn't enough room here to type the rest, except that they are crooks!

****************,We tried to reach you to further discuss. What has been written in your review does not fall in line with our best practices at the dealership. We value honesty and integrity which has kept us in the #1 position for Cadillac, Buick and GMC for over 40 years. At this time its best that you service your vehicle at another dealership.*******************, Service Manager
