I ***** ** ******* purchased a 2014 **** ******** **, and picked it up on April 19, 2023 for the amount of $15,000 paid in cash from Premier Auto Solution, LLC located at **** West Ridge Road, Suite A, Spencerport, NY 14559. On or about May 15, 2023 I took my vehicle to two different businesses ****** ******* and ***** ***** to be assessed for a loud noise I was hearing. Both agencies informed me that they could not asses or provide any service to my vehicle due to it having an illegal inspection sticker both agencies informed me to take the truck back where I bought it from. After several unanswered calls and messages, and my son taking the vehicle to Premier to discuss the matter, no solution was reached. Therefore I talked with Andrew Zguta, the owner about going to small claims court to handle the matter. Finally Andrew agreed to assess the vehicle and provide the repairs. The vehicle was dropped off on 11/17/2017. On or about 11/28/2023 I went to the dealership after no one responded to my voice mails, or calls. At this time I was told that parts had to be ordered. On 12/08/2023 I received a call to come and pick-up my car, it was ready. On 12/09/2023 I go to pick up my car, however I was told I cannot get a receipt of what was done and the total cost because the agency policy is not to give receipts. I called the police explained my situation. I informed the officer I had the money to pay however I needed some type of proof of what was done to the car, especially with the agency only accepting cash as a form of payment. I completed a police report, and left my car at the dealership. At this time I am more than willing to pay what I quoted ($600.), however I need a receipt of what was done to the car, as well as information on the car inspection sticker. If I have to pay for an updated inspection sticker I would like that paid for by this agency, because when the car was bought the inspection was covered
