I ordered Thymes candles from A Secret Admirer. When I received the candles I immediately unpackaged them and put them around my house. When I went to light them a few days later I noticed once candle was defective, all the ***** were melted into the wax. I called the company & left a voice mail. After several days with no response I left another **************** No respond so days later I sent another email. Finally after over a week I get a response asking me to send a picture of the damaged candle. I do ********* goes the pattern of no response from them and me leaving messages and emails. They finally responded and sent a return label, which I mailed back the unused candle. Yet again I hear nothing, this time AT ALL! I finally filed a claim with my bank after getting ghosted from this company. For over 2 weeks! After they realized what happened I get a phone call from ***** who wanted to know what happened. I explained it all, and my frustration with the companys lack of communication. I explained how I tried to resolve it but was forced to file a claim with my bank. ***** sounds frustrated but says shes refunding my money for the candle despite me not returning the box it came in (who cares about a box when the candle itself os useless).. I tell her I will notify my bank to cancel the claim once I see the refund. After this things get ugly. I receive a phone call from a man who actually yelled at me like I was a child. Who demanded I cancel the claim immediately & threatened to send me to collections. I explain that all this could have been avoided if the simply responded to me and did the right thing. I waited over a month for resolution and this man demands immediate results from me?! He texts me, calls me, & emails me; harassing & threatening me! I had to block his number! I did what I had promised to do, once I received their credit I called my bank who said it would take **** days to reverse the process-they harassed me during that time! Unprofessional!
