On May 28th 2022 I submitted an order through Missguided using their US app on Iphone. On May 30th Missguided went into administration. My order was never dispatched and when you try to go onto their website its like the site never existed it is just blank. I have reached out via ****************** and email since I cannot contact customer service via there website and they have continuously ignored me or giving me a lie of an answer saying they are having technical difficulties and to check back later. On June 9th I was sent an email from missguided saying how to get a refund because they had gone into administration. But in the email explained I may only get 1 for ever 100 spent in the refund. This is stealing money and stealing from consumers whos hard earned money was chosen to be spent at this scam of a store and website. Ive purchased many items from them in the past. But never have I witnessed such unprofessional ways of doing business. I spent over 100 dollars on May 28th and I am expecting every ***** to be returned to me.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase to an online website called missguided on 5/9/2022 and 5/10/2022. They have a ** and a ** site. I purchased through the ** site. My items did not arrive in time for my trip and I am need of returning the items for a refund of $100.00 Ive tried accessing their website, Ive sent several messages and no response. I ordered with Missguided on 4/10/2022 for the amount of $377.06. This included Unlimited ** Standard Delivery for $18. In the terms and conditions, it does not say any about the delivery service not including return service. I first reached out through ******** Messenger customer care chat. When I asked about a refund through voucher for the return, they said that returns cost $8.75, and said in their terms and conditions. When I asked to be refunded for the difference ($11) for the unlimited delivery service ($18) and standard delivery ($7), they just ignored my request and stopped replying. I reached out through the customer care email (which is hard to find on their website), and the same avoidance of addressing . I am willing pay the refund delivery fee ($8.75), I would like my money back for the unlimited delivery service, as it is false advertising. They failed to address the part of their terms and conditions that was not clear. I want transparency and accountability for their services. Tracking number: *********Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt from Missguided on 3/11/2022. The confirmation number was ********* and got a package is on its way email on 3/13/2022. It is now 3/28/2022 and it said the package time should take around 10 days tops. However, there is still no word on my package and when I try to track it, it says they cannot find the location of the package. I paid $38.25 and would like my package to be delivered or to receive a refund.Initial Complaint

On January 31, i placed a $80 order with Missguided. They sent me a tracking number which to this day still does not work. As it said it would be here in 6 days and it has now been over two weeks I am worried that the shoes will never come.Initial Complaint

Placed an order over $100 the first week of December. Its not half way through January and I have yet to received my order. I have asked on multiple occasions for a refund and all they do is re-send the tracking number; which I already have. I ordered a coat from Missguided on 11/18/2021. I still have not received my order. On the company website it says 6-9 days for shipment, its been 20 business days and I have not received my item. I contacted Missguided and they responded by email with an excuse like oh shipment is delayed. It's been almost 30 days, the company is a fraud. I want my refund of $120.98.Customer response

I ordered size 9 shoes from this company (Missguided) and the company sent me 9.5 shoes. I paid extra money to have them delivered earlier and now its too late to send them back to exchange. Terribly inconvenient service from this company. IF they dont have my size and cannot send me what I ordered, why couldnt they just cancel my order instead of waste my time and sending me a different size?The bag it came in also had a huge hole and the shoes looked dirty. Its safe to say I will probably not order from this company again. I have other orders from them (which I also paid extra shipping costs for), and they dont even provide reliable tracking service (or just havent even sent my order). Terrible service. After missguided wasting my time and money I have to look for shoes elsewhere.Customer response
