    First of all it took forever to receive my order. I ordered on July 19 and received on August 5. They didn't fit properly so I reached out for a refund. They then start negotiating with me and using improper english saying to keep it all and they would refund me $20 and that it was too expensive to return. Unreal. Back and forth, it went to $36 then $60 refund for 2 dresses I spent $84.53 on, why would I keep them if they didn't fit. UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!

    I ordered two pairs of pants from a company (Orwya) I have never ordered from before only because they offered a full refund policy. There is no customer service number and you need to email them. The customer service continues to offer me a small refund to keep the pants. They do not fit and are very cheap looking. I continue to ask for a refund and they just keep responding with these odd numbers ($18, $30, $44, $50). I am concerned because this company said they were from ************* but now they want me to return the pants to a warehouse in *******************, ********.

    Order two dresses. Trying to return and vendor original stated they would give me $21 and I could keep the dresses (they don't fit and are of poor quality). I declined offer and they offered me $35 and I declined offer and asked they refund full amount. They responded with $42 and I can keep the items. I asked for return address and I am shipping back for full refund.

    ******* is a scam. They do not offer returns like their website says. They are not based in the ***, like their fb page says. They purposefully block people from their fb which is not legal. They have poor quality dresses and PayPal should not be listed on their site- there is zero protection from PayPal with this company. Horrible customer service. I want a full refund; partial refunds negotiated are not what your site advertises. This company is full of liars.

    Onyoa has scammed me out of money. They demanded I pay money to ship back products that 1. Were not what was listed online 2. Would not refund me until they received their product. On their website it states if it is a quality issue they would pay for the shipping and this case that did not occur. Ive been in a constant email change with them. They have been very rude and treated me very poorly. *** asked to speak to a manager multiple times. *** asked to speak to someone in their legal department. Each time Im ignored or my questions arent answer. This company needs to be shut down.

    I purchased 2 items from a company called *****-They advertise on ******** Their website indicates that returns are accepted and the process is to contact customer service and receive a showing label. I also read reviews that indicated quality was good and returns were accepted. The products arrived and were terrible quality (fabric was not as advertised- it was very sheer and seemed of poor quality). I contacted customer service and was offered a $14 refund for my $81 purchase with an offer to keep the items. I replied asking for a full refund and to return the items, they offered $28 and to keep the items . I continued to reply and was offered a higher amount until $50 was offered and if I insist on returning the items, then I can send to this address. They said I will have to pay for shipping, provide them tracking and then they will issue a refund. I replied again because while I am willing to ship back the items, I am owed my full refund per their stated return policy. Their policy also says a label will be provided. They replied back with only this address to send items. I am not confident that I will see any refund at all and this cost me additional money to ship the items. They continue to run ads on ******** that still state "free returns within 30 days"

    Found this business, Keppal, thru ********* Website says Free Returns Within 30 Days. Clothing does not fit. There was no invoice or return paperwork with package. I contacted ****** via email and all I've got is the runaround, they want to reimburse me only a portion of what I paid and I keep merchandise. First, $35, then $55, then $62 (merchandise was $100) and then if I insist on returning, I have to pay shipping. The address comes up as this address which is where I came across numerous complaints with same issues. They also advertise clothing is made in ******* but packaging says Made in *****!

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Idex regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved becaus 

     They started out replying by trying to negotiate a return price. First it was $35, then $54, then $65 and then the full amount but will not provide RMA or  prepaid shipping label. They want me to ship the merchandise at my expense and then they will reimburse but will NOT pay shipping like website states. Ive filed a complaint with my credit card company and they said not to return the merchandise without an RMA.

    On 2/4/23 I made an online purchase of 1 sweater, 1 shirt, and 1 dress from ****** (****** ***) The sweater was very nice however, the shirt and dress were not. They were of very poor quality and I want to send them back.During the month of February a few emails were exchanged without resolution. I repeatedly requested an address for returning the shirt and dress. They began with a $7.00 offer if I would keep the items and are now up to $55.00 and that is their best offer. They gave me this return address If I insist on returning items and paying shipping. ******************************************************. I Googled this and it does not seem to come up. A similar place like a small warehouse where you could back up a truck comes up.I contacted my credit card company who reimbursed me the cost of the dress and the shirt $96.98.I don't want the shirt and dress for any amount of money. I just want to return the dress and shirt and let the reimbursement stand. Do you know if this is a valid address for ******?
