            On Jan 7th 2023, I traded in my 2021 **** ****** in which I purchased on September 28th 2022 from Saratoga Ford. I traded it in due to the vehicle having issues that were not being resolved. The service manager at the dealership seemed to push off every problem that I had stating that recalls were coming on the vehicle. I decided to trade my vehicle in on Jan 7th 2023 at *** ****** in Queensbury. The dealership informed me to contact Saratoga **** to get a refund on the extended warranty in which I did so the next business day. I was informed that they needed the payoff letter from the bank in which I recieved on Jan 17th 2023 and emailed a copy to Mr. ***** ********* at the dealership. He told me that it would be about 30 days and I would have the balance mailed to me from the warranty. In March 2023 , I spoke to Mr. ********* again and he stated that he forgot to submit the paperwork. He claimed to do so. In May 2023, I attempted to call several times and got shuffled around in voicemails. I attempted to call again in June 2023 and was informed that Mr. ********* no longer works for the dealership and no one seems to know what is going on. I want my refund mailed back dated to Jan 7th 2023 on the extended warranty. I will be filing with the NYS Attorney Generals office as well as contacting an attorney in this matter if not resolved in the next 48 hours.

            I placed an order for a Maverick pickup in September 2022 and put down a $1000 deposit. In July 2023, almost a year later, I was informed a vehicle matching my specs except for color was available. I confirmed I wanted it and asked that the $1000 deposit be applied toward my purchase. The next day, I was informed they would sell the vehicle to someone else with a $5000 markup. This is the height of bad faith. I have cancelled my order and requested a return of my deposit because I have no doubt that when another vehicle comes in they will mark it up again. Ironically, I chose this dealership because the salesperson at the time assured me they do not mark up popular vehicles.
