    I am even stretching it to put down 1 star. VERY POOR QUALITY product and RUDE, UNFAIR TREATMENT from ******, the Manager/Owner, based in ** to deal with (with phone number that would not ever connect.) I received a dash cover and it was translucent, so it would not protect my dashboard--immediately returned it to an address given (somewhere in the *******.) I called after 10 days of no response and was told it was 'under inspection.' After attempts to reach the owner by phone, I finally called my credit card *** to dispute the charge. Via nasty emails toward me, ****** never acknowledged receipt of the dash cover and threatened collection of the payment reversed (plus his fee.) More emails that became ABUSIVE. I tried to reason with this 'person' and finally was charged by collections. So I wound up paying for a LOUSY product that I returned. BUYER BEWARE...seed OTHER OPTIONS. This owner is not one to deal with and should be OUT OF BUSINESS.

    They are a bunch rip- offs. I received a bra for a 2017 Chevy Traverse. The product arrived in good time, but it didn't fit my vehicle and the material was of poor quality. Now they don't want to refund my money.

    They said the same thing after not sending my replacement..... I gave them the correct Address and the collections sent to the same address as they say it was wrong!!!!Below is carcoverusa: Sorry we dont owe you You stole from us, you gave incorrect address info, than filed a credit card charge back so we owe you nothing.If you dont pay it gets credit reported & a lien will be placed against you.All further communication shall be with the collection agency.thank you

    A horrible company to do business with. They screwed up an order for a stock, off the shelf vehicle then refused to correct their mistake. Instead, they tried saying I made a special order. The vehicle was a stock, half ton pickup right off the lot.

    They sent me to collections after disputed the transaction with my bank. I contacted carcoverusa over email and let them know that my cover did not fit. They asked me to send pictures in which I did. I ordered a sun shade for my windshield for a 2016 rav4 hybrid, one of the options they have for is with or without a rain sensor. I have no idea what that was until I looked it up but from my understanding at the time I thought it was the that was the camera system. I thought wrong, ****** makes RAV4 with a rain sensor on the non hybrid version of this the car which I did not know of. On the other hand the hybrid version did not have the rain sensor as an option till the 2022 model, the dealer told me this. That being said I requested to return this one and have them replace it with the the one with out a rain sensor. They initially wanted me to just pay for the return shipping which I thought was not a fair deal since the option on the website to have a rain sensor should never have been there to begin with since it is not an option that ****** has for the hybrid rav4. I would understand if this option was available when looking at any year make or model but its not. So that being said I deemed this to be a factory error. They did not want to take responsibility for the website being incorrect. They did not want to work with me and after going back and forth with their customer service rep they began to send very rude emails, they acted on emotion and decided to not wave the restock fees they initially said they would remove. From the get go I wanted to return this product but because they did not want to wave the fees I decided to dispute it with my bank. I have now agreed to pay the shipping back but they have yet to agree to wave the restock fee. Im sure they will still charge me a restock fee of 20%. I paid $104.99, $15 of those was for the initial shipping I will have to pay another $15 to ship it back and then $20 to restock the shade.

    I had ordered a car cover from them, it was one of the best outdoor covers they claimed to offer. For a month or 2 the cover worked fine, and as expected. One day I took the cover off 1 day after a light rain, and there was water trapped underneath the cover. It did not prevent water from entering, and it did not breathe to help evaporate the water. This then caused permanent damage to my special edition car. I contacted their support and they proceeded to put words in my mouth saying it isn't waterproof, when I never mentioned it was. After I responded saying the damage is still caused by them, and I have proof; they proceeded to not respond to me. If things aren't resolved by them, I'll have to resort to legal action. I was better off not using the cover than letting it bake water into my car.

    I ordered 4 items from CarcoverUSA. I received 3/4 items. They sent me an item I didnt order and I didnt receive the fourth item. I emailed them and explained what happened. They asked me to send pictures of the tags on the back of the items and I did. They then asked me again to send pictures of the tags on the items and I did again. They never acknowledged that I was given an item I didnt order, and an item I didnt receive and paid for. After going back-and-forth in emails and car cover USA threatening to send me to collections and put a lien against me. I disputed the charge still have not gotten a resolution with car cover USA and any emails from them are threatening emails about sending me to collections and a lien. I would never recommend car cover USA to anyone. I believe it is a scam.

    4 items shipped and received by customer, he than pulled a sneaky and told his credit card company he did not receive, so after he had all the parts ordered and all his money back, he was sent to collections, He is the scammer ! and a Thief !

    terrible customer service......They take forever to ship your product and if you try and talk to them about it or tell them that you no longer want it ..they will just threaten to send you to collections and ruin your credit....They also said that after 3 emails ( you can not get them on the phone) that communication would be stopped.

    Horrible customer service. I ordered a dash ********************** that did not fix. I called the dealership with a VIN to be able to answer all their questions correctly to make sure that I ordered the correct one. It did not fit, it had a bump in the center that did not fit over anything and it didn't line up with the air vents. I did everything they said to do to be able to get a full refund; emailed them, got an refund #, sent pictures, but they still charged me 20% stocking fee and I had to pay for the shipping both ways, $35 total. THE WORST PART, I had to email them and ask where my refund was almost a month later after I send it to them before they processed the refund. I don't think I would have received a refund if I would not have asked for one. ****, I'm out $49 and a lot of my time with nothing to show for it. That is so unprofessional after they say on their website; easy return, 24/7 customer service and tech support. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

    Scam. I paid for car cover. They to date have not shipped it to me. They have an excuse every time for not having it to ship. I have filed a complaint with the ******* Attorney General and BBB. To try and get my $379.00 returned to me.
