    On April 11th 2023 I purchased a teeth whitening service to be completed by Personal Dental. I purchased this service through Groupon and paid $140.00. My order number is ****************** *nd I used the email address ********************** to make the purchase. ***, the owner of Personal Dental confirmed my appointment for Saturday, April 29th 2023 which she was scheduled to come to my friend ****** house and provide the teeth whitening service but then stopped answering my phone calls and text messages that morning. She never showed up for our appointment and never returned any of my messages. I contacted Groupon and explained what happened. They contacted *** who told them that I did receive the services but was unsatisfied with them and so she gave me a bunch of complimentary gifts to make up for it. None of this is true. She did not show up for our appointment. She did collect my payment though and told Groupon my service was redeemed. She also lied about any complimentary gifts. Groupon is taking the business owner at her word, without requiring any sort of proof that the service was performed and they arent refunding me. I am seeking resolution through the BBB as I was completely scammed in this situation. Thank you.
