Went to the dealership to take advantage of their advertised promotion on a 2024 ****************** ahead to make an appointment and made sure the car was both available and that I can test drive it as I am not close to the dealership. When we get there we find out the only good one can't be test driven because the manager's son reserved the car for himself and the other one they had was broken with a hood that doesn't close limiting the speed to 10MPH. After asking if we can increase the mileage allowance per year they came back to us with $8800 in fees and $316 per month for the original offer. when asked they said they rolled in promotions i am not eligible for one of which didn't make sense since I am a first responder and AM eligible for said promotion. After looking back at their terms on their website none of this is listed and they are simply inflating prices. All in all out the door they wanted $698 per month for the "manager's special" which they made me drive 2 hours for. These offers are vapor and the manager is rude and wouldn't schedule a test drive regardless of my willingness to continue dealing with them despite their insane inflated prices. After being denied my test drive and checking advertised promotional offer and confronting the manager about the inflated price that conflicts with the promotion he takes me to a page on the website showing ALL POSSIBLE PROMOTIONS one might be eligible for. so from no promotions needing to be applied we first went to 2 a first responder and a ***************** Then to 5 promotions that had to be paid upfront, the 2 aforementioned ones, northeast dealership employee bonus, military bonus, national dealership employee bonus. All in all bait and switch tactics and unfriendly customer service!

The boss skinny *** **** is a complete mess of a boss. They told me I needed a new engine, I replaced that and the engine cradle *****$. His exact words to me were you didnt even spend *****k your insurance payed 5000. Imagine a company telling you something like that. The cars not fixed at all. Its popping from the front end and he tells me theres nothing wrong with it after I brought it back 3 times 2 times for a leak in the water pump (which means they do not use torque wrenchs) so I payed for a brand new pump so I wouldnt have to deal with any more leaks (should have been asked to buy one anyways). Never contacted once about anything after I repeatedly asked for **** to call me. All I got was you got voicemails from him. Not one voice mail. Now I bring it back since my mechanic is now telling me my cv joints are no good and thats what the popping is coming from. Ironically the cv joints connect right to my engine cradle. So I go in and the boss comes out real nasty Im done with your car we did what you payed for this a that. But doesnt care that theres still issues that I never had before I brought the car into him. So now instead of having ******** come out access the real damage an have it fixed correctly he rather just give an attitude and send people on their way with broken cars so they end up getting into an accident and suing him which Im sure hes used to anyways. Its unbelievable, I was warned this place is a nightmare but I had no choice but to use them and wow do I regret it. Do you need a part? Well good luck standing at the window for 2 hours.

My service director spoke with the customer and clearified the addionatal work that was not covered by his insurnace company. There was a small drip of fluid on the motor and caused a smell we cleaned it up and explained everything to the customer and he understood. He also wanted to replace the water pump at no charge and we explained that could not be done becuase there was nothing wrong with it, so he purchaed the part over the counter and we installed it at no charge and explained it did not need to be done but he insisted. It was that my manager was nasty it was my manager being honest with the customer ..

The business advertised on a full page in the Staten Island Advance newspaper and on SILIVE.com on Sunday 4/28/24 page A20 a Spring Sales Event to lease a 2024 Dodge Hornet RT for $82/mo. with $995 down. (24 mos; 5K mi/yr). I was given an appointment to lease this vehicle but when I arrived at the dealership I was told I wasnt allowed to lease the vehicle for this price because it was part of a loyalty program only for prior leasees who have leased from them before. I was told that it was a $4,500 discount for prior leasees only. I complained that it was false advertising because the ad didnt mention anything about a loyalty program or that the offer was limited to prior leasees. The dealership employee with whom I spoke at the dealership admitted to me that the ad didnt mention the loyalty program or that it was only for prior leasees admitting that it was false advertising! This is unfair because I went there specifically to lease the advertised vehicle. My complaint should be publicized but Id insist that I either be allowed to lease the advertised vehicle at the advertised price or get a $4,500 settlement, otherwise, this is a come on scam to get people into the dealership and a complete waste of my time. No lease was given to me and, therefore, no money was exchanged. I was not allowed to lease the car advertised and, therefore, lost out on the advertised deal.

I was told on March 13, 2024 I was cancelled. I have an 09 Dodge Charger with only ****** miles. **** I bought my car, I purchased a LIFETIME MAXIMUM CARE FOR LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY OWNERS POLICY. I have a problem with my car that my ABS Module Light is going off. Brought it back to my dealership where I bought my car and they told me my coverage has been discontinued. Why wasn't I notified that my policy was discontinued? I got notifications for recalls! The reason was, I never got it inspected every 5 years. **** I bought this policy, the gentlemen never told me I had to get it inspected. I was never informed that had to do this kind of inspection in order to keep this policy. Nothing was sent to me in the mail that I was due for an inspection. I have all the paperwork and booklet, it DOES NOT INDICATE I have to bring my car in for an inspection. Another thing, why isn't my ABS module covered? It has nothing to do with my Powertrain! I would like to have my warranty reinstated. I am a senior citizen. I do not have the money to fix this problem. I am on a fixed income. Please get back to me on this matter. I would like to speak to someone. I've been a Dodge person all my life. I keep calling all kinds of numbers they give me and they cant give me an answer. They say I needed a 5 year inspection. I tell them there is no where in my contract that says that. I had several people hang up on me because they can't answer my questions. I kept all records when I called and who hang up on me. I asked for a supervisor or a manager and til this day, no one has ever called me back. PLEASE HELP. I don't have the money to pay for a lawyer.

I left a vm for the cusomter to at 1:23pm and i spoke with my service manager. I added the attachments showing the dates were and why the warranty is no longer vaild. Per mopar the customer is suppose to have a mopar inspection done every 5 years and they missed the inspection in 2019. The repair Orders showing the date at which the car was in for service, The car was serviced 05/20/2014 and that was under Mandfrefi, IAG serviced the car on 05/20/2014 at which time the customer did not ask for a mopar inspection and it was not time either way,the inspection time was 2019 and they missed the inspection. They need to discuss this issue with Mopar since this warranty was offer from them not IAG. Mopar gave clear instructions on there process and it seems the customer missed or forgot the process they needed to follow.

My wife and I have been experiencing on going technical/mechanical issues with the 2022 Jeep Compass we purchased in May of 2023. My wife has visited the service department at least 4 times and the issues continue to be unresolved. I emailed the corporate office on 11/27/23 and only have gotten an automated response to this date of 12/27/23. The vehicle has stalled on several occasions. The service center consistently tells us that there are no loaner cars available, and they will call when there is and take the car and repair the issues. We never get a call from them.

My Jeeps check engine light had appeared and bringing it to the dealership while it is still under warrantee, the dealership has had my car for well over 2 months with little to no contact on the updates of my car. The persons I have been in contact with is ***** and ****************************** is their manager, and he still has yet to show the respect to call about my car after numerous attempts to call and leave messages. I had reached out to the corporate side, and they have reached out to me every other day asking me if the dealership has contacted me and every time **** reaches out, they don't even have the decency to contact corporate. **** calls me saying she emailed and called the dealership with no response. I am getting absolutely fed up with the whole situation of not knowing what's going on with my car.

Hello.... I bought the Grand Cherokee, on July 2, 2021. I started having few issues beginning, April of 2022.I took the vehicle into the dealership because it was smoking from the muffler. I was giving a loaner one month later, prior to that Had to borrow vehicle from family members. The dealership, had the vehicle for approximately four weeks. When I picked it up, the rep said the water pump and the exhaust was cleaned out. In October 2022, the check engine light came on while I was on the **************************. There were vehicles behind me going at a high speed. I got nervous because it was the first time seeing that sign. I had my two young children in the vehicle so I was scared. Suddenly the the vehicle STOP on the highway. Cars were swerving around me to avoid slamming into the rear of me! I tried starting the vehicle a few times but it wouldn't start.I called the dealership immediately, telling them what transpired. The rep said they were sending a tow truck. It took about one hour for the tow truck to arrive. We had to sit in the Cherokee, cars speeding by us not knowing if someone would slam into. My children were crying and scared! My children had to miss school because they were traumatized and so was I. I called a taxi to take us home. When I got home, I called the dealership and they didn't even give a rental because they claimed not to have any rentals. The vehicle was in their shop for approximately two months, the end of December, 2022. When I was called to come pick the vehicle up the rep said the issue was because of a catastrophic failure. On January 5, 2023, the check engine light came back on again. He told me to take it to auto Zone for a code. Now, that made no sense to me but I took it to auto zone, anyway. Auto zone gave me the codes. I informed dealership what the codes were. The dealer gave me a date to bring the vehicle in. My vehicle was sitting outside my house because it never started from January 5. The vehicle was towed once again back to the dealership January 26. 2023. The advisor stop replying to me. I demanded a loaner and received one on March, 2023. The dealership had my vehicle for three months, June 15, 2023. On June 18, 2023, the engine is back on! This situatuon is aggravating, frustrating, stressful, unprofessional and a major inconvenience!....I believe this vehicle is a lemon. I need a reliable vehicle, I can't have a vehicle that smoke at times and stop running while I'm driving, it's dangerous for my children and i !

My 2013 RAM **** truck was originally serviced by an authorized mechanic and replaced a new suspension airbag and air compressor. The problem still occurred. I then brought the truck into Island Chrysler dealership 3 separate times for the same problem. 8/23/22, 9/16/22, 11/8/22 respectively. Each time I got the truck back the same problem came back immediately. They kept the truck for a total of approximately 80 days for the same problem. I paid a total of $4019.07. The business committed to provide me air suspension repairs. They didn't know how and had no explanation as to why the same airbag continued to break. Two airbags, a module, and an air compressor were installed by the dealership for the same problem. I asked the dealer multiple times if there was a recall for this problem and the answer was "no" every time. As soon as the truck was repaired for the third time a person by the name ***** from the dealership called me explaining that there is a recall after all but they've had no intentions of compensating me at all. As well, the receipts claim the truck was road tested which is not true, as you can see the mileage in and mileage out are the same number. The truck should have been road tested each time before picking it up, especially since it is an air suspension issue. The truck was disabled and unusable for approximately 3 and a half months, because the truck was leaning towards one side, creating unsafe driving conditions. I paid over 20 bridge tolls for the times I had to bring the truck back and forth to the dealership. Also to mention, my time lost from work, money on gas, insurance, and incompetent diagnostic fees. After some research I discovered that there is a class action lawsuit against Dodge for defective air suspension system. The claim is for compressor failure which causes multiple problems in the operation of the truck. This can result in airbag deployment while the truck is being driven, creating very hazardous conditions.
