    I had purchased a brand new 2025 ***** Equinox from them and I am having an issue with them fixing a problem. I did not notice it when I pick up the car until a couple of days later. The issue that both driver side front and rear rims are damaged. They have scratches in the rims. I had brought the issue to my salesman who **** ****** and he said he was working on it. But in reality he wasnt doing anything to fix the issue. I then called the sales manager who is ****** and I had explained the issue to him. He said that he will not send a car out with damage but in this case there is. He then said to me that how do I know we caused the damage and not you. So he is basically blaming me for the damage and he will not fix the issue. I had filed a complaint with ** he he still will not fix it. I am asking for Two brand new rims which I purchased a brand new car.

    I live in **********.They tried selling me an electric vehicle with sales tax saying it was store policy.I have bought electric vehicles in the *********** with no sales tax with the use of a GOVERNMENT tax form DTF-803.This dealership is committing tax collection fraud.I dont care that they were being rude to me for being informed in purchasing a car. I care that they are taking part in fraudulent practices
