I purchased a pair of eyeglass frames from this online company (Eyefashion Store) on 2/29/23 and was billed on my FSA credit card for $214.70 on 3/1/24 name of company on card shows (***********) I never received an email confirmation or bill. I never received the product. I attempted to call this company several times and have not received a return phone Call. Now I see someone else had the same issue. And I imagine countless others that maybe did not take the time to write here. I need an immediate refund or my FSA credit card as it is currently blocked because of this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of glasses frames on April 11th and my credit card was billed for them. I have not received any shipping information and have contacted the company three times asking when I would know when they might be shipped. My credit card statement was billed by a company called ***********.com, and I have no idea why this company was the billing business. I want my credit card to be refunded or my order to be shipped!Customer response
