      I ordered a dress, they said it was delivered, it was not, I tried to contact someone, it is impossible. Tried to go through the shipping company, have to pay to find out what happened.       Ordered from rosegals sister company rgothic in mid-november have not received my purchase but they've received payment and they are not giving me any answers on where my product is or offering to refund my money I have been fighting with them for over a month now with no resolution.

      I ordered a dress they didn't send a receipt like they said they would. Then it said it charged us ***** but ***** was taken off my card I want a full refund and I tried contacting the site and they haven't responded at all .

      Orded two dresses in June 2023 they were shipped out but to my old Po box. I tried to change address several times but their system would not let me. I've sent emails trying to get this resolved, still to no avail. I would like my $39 refunded

      I have unsubscribed from marketing emails from this company multiple times with it showing I successfully unsubscribed, yet they keep sending me emails. The last time I tried, I took a screenshot which I have attached. I waited the standard amount of time to give them the opportunity to remove me from their mailing list, and then once again I received a marketing email from them this morning, which I have also attached.

      Order # ****************** which was shipped out on May 20, 2023 NEVER arrived but order number ***************** which was shipped out on June 2, 2023 arrived.I attempted to call Rose gal to inquire about the missing order and was disconnected twice without being able to speak to anyone. The second disconnect was mere seconds after it rang through. Please refer to the screenshot images.I'm am very upset and would like to know what happened to my order and why Rosegal is no longer accepting calls from concerned customers who have spent money on their website. I'd also like to receive my order at some point. Please and thank you.

      Purchased ****** worth of clothing for my daughter's birthday. None worked and wrong sizes sent. Finally got a response from them and sent the info. My account showed that I had never purchased anything from them and yet there was a purchase order. Decided to donate the clothing for a partial credit on my account. No credit ever showed up. Was instructed to delete the app and reload. Nothing. Out ****** and had nothing for my daughter's birthday. Not pleased with their customer service at all. ************* ticket for my complaint.

      I ordered clothes on April 1st they said it would arrive in **** days and it still haven't arrived. I emailed the company twice asking for a refund and got no response.

      I placed an order March 8th.Paid for expedited shipping.As of today April 17, I have received nothing.I have contacted them over five times telling them the shipping status hasn't changed and where is my package? They said they would check.Never did.I contacted paypal and Rosegal told me to cancel my complaint with PayPal and they would refund me.Paypal clearly states once you push resolve you cannot reopen the case.I refused and have not received anything, no package, no refund.At this point I just want my money back.God knows where my package is.If I resolve the case with Paypal I will never see a refund from them.I saved for months to get these clothes and I have nothing to show for it.
