      I ordered some items from Rosegal and they sent it to the wrong address. It got sent back to them and according to them it got ruined in customs. When I messages them to have it resent they said that they couldn't do that and they are not refunding my money. I spent $99. They are telling me it is the responsibility of the US postal system to resolve the problem..

      On May 15,2022 I purchased a product from Rosegal and it never arrived and the company will not respond to my I queries or refund demand.

      Rosegal never delivered my purchased items and has yet to respond to my inquiries. They will never receive my business again.

      May 29th 2022 I placed an order with Rosegal for a 4th July ************ top set. They had an old *********** entered the correct address. They still sent it to the WRONG address. After contacting them on several occasions they said the package was DESTROYED & they cannot refund my money in full or send me the same items I ordered. They say it's because they would lose money. I think this is a scam!

      I purchased online a swimsuit from Rosegal.com. After 3weeks I get a message it had been shipped. Then received an email saying it was returned because of insufficient address. I then contacted them through their customer support, they opened a ticket supposedly to check into it. They then sent another email stating the item had been returned. I proceeded to ask for a refund. Now I'm being told the item was destroyed by the carrier and they can't give a refund because they are out money too. So would I please accept ***** as compensation. I spent 40 dollars. I think it's a scam, so they don't have to refund my money.

      I ordered 2 shirts in September of 2021. When they didn't show up for over a month, I inquired and was assured they were in transit. 2 months went by and nothing so I contacted them again via online. I requested a refund where they said they would only refund $21 but the order was for $58.29. I disputed it and was told I would receive my refund. Another 2 months later, I had not gotten my refund. I again contacted them where they said to give them 5-7 days. Again, weeks later, no refund. They have now closed my ticket and refuse to refund my money. Side note: when I finally got tracking a few months ago, it showed that it had not left the warehouse. Not only was my order never even shipped, but they refused for months to fix the issue.

      I ordered 2 shirts for an overall cost of $58.29. I ordered in September. I sent numerous emails that I had not received them. I was given multiple excuses and then told they had it sent back to them when tracking told me it never left! They said I can either take a refund for $21, or pay another $20 to have them reship them. 4 months later.

      I placed a order with rosegal in September 2021 for the amount of $198. My tracking number and shipping information stated that I would receive my packages early October. Tracking information told me to pick my order up at post office due to they had problem delivering my package I took time and money out of my pocket going from ***** to *** to local post offices to find out the package never even made it to my state. Started a customer service conversation with ********************** they asked me for my address and stated that they had it incorrect that I would receive my packages within another two weeks. Mind you I have placed multiple orders on the same account with no updates to my information and never had a problem receiving my items. After 2 months of waiting and running around trying to find my items I requested a refund they offered me $60 on a $200 order. I received $100 in my bank account a day ago I am still very unhappy and want the rest of my money back.
