    7/22 I went to have a service (Brazilian wax). The technician burnt me to the point I bled. I asked her why would she do this she replied I had dried skin. The waxer also didnt know she left wax on me get wax on me she was told me I was fine and I told her I still felt wax. After the horrible experience I went to the receptionist informing her of what happened she told me that the manager will be informed and reach out. I contacted the business multiple times to see how to treat the ***** only for them to tell me the manager has a list of customers to call back and I am on that list. I would like my money back for the service and previously future service purchase. Ive been coming here for years and never had this experience and to be treated as if its not a severity when I was bleeding is less than professional and Im not sure why such people run business if they arent going to be considerate of peoples skin they just ripped off. I also hope this wasnt due to my race(African American) as to why I wasnt taking seriously about the complaint. Please investigate this matter.
