    I went through my warranty to get roadside to get my car out from being stuck. They ripped my bumper off and damaged my transmission pan causing transmission fluid to leak from the bolts. Initially they accepted responsibility and agreed to pay for the damages. They took my car to a shop and said it would be returned to me same day. I was careless for 3 days before they picked up my car and then now 3 days of the car being in the shop I call the shop and I am being told the company is denying accountability. Now I have to pay 1000 insurance deductible to get my car fixed.

    My car was wrongfully towed on the 12 of march. I went down to the the department of finance for clarification as to why my car was towed. They explain to me that it was an error in their system and that my car shouldnt have been towed. Although it was their error I was still forced to pay storage fee, towing fee, boot fee, poundage fee and execution fee. I was taken aback that I had to pay these fees even though it was their error but I payed it so they could release my vehicle. Upon arrival to the been **** address at ******************** The receptionist ******** gave mi a hard time she was refusing to realease my vehicle to me because I had to give her my keys I told her no you dont need my keys. She then told me they have to tow the car and that will be additional money of 136$. I payed the fee waited and they still refused to start the tow process I think its disgusting that people who work for the city behave in such a rude manner towards taxpayers this system needs to be replaced. Or some training.

    My car was forcibly towed by Breen brothers on July 31 2023 ordered by the **** When the car was towed it was a registered and insured vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle on 8/1/23 extensive damage was noted under the car front end, front bumper and rear bumper. The driver even attempted to cover up damages done to the diffuser by drilling a s**** into! Ive been contacting Breen **** for almost 2 weeks with no response and false promises that someone will call me back. Managers/owners are never in the office pictures were sent and still no response. This is the worse tow company on Staten Island Ive never had an issue with any other company until they touched my car. Do NOT use them for any personal needs they are not concerned about their community **********!

    My vehicle was illegally towed due to supposedly street repair but there was no signs posted The driver took my vehicle over for a block away from where it was I have a tracker on my vehicle. Thats how I was able to find out where it was. I approach the tow truck driver and ask him why was my vehicle towed he says for Street repair I asked him to show me the signs. As we get back to where my car was parked, look at the mysterious sign, I noticed that my back tire was damaged. I asked the driver what happened he says the car was like that when he picked it up. Which I know is false due to the fact I just parked my car around 4 hours before. I asked him what is going to be done to my car. He says he has to call his boss, but I did not see him call anyone. I need the company to pay for the damage to my car

    They towed my car 1/18 due to unpaid parking tickets and I picked it up and payed everything on 1/20. I go to pick up my car from the lot and hear a scraping noise underneath my car. A man who worked there heard it and said sometimes this happens and it could be from the tow truck stretching the arms. Manager **** said to call the next day to get situation resolved. I call the next day which is a saturday and come to find out no one is in the office and a woman said to call back Monday. Monday comes around and **** says to bring the car on Tuesday. Hours later I get a call from a rude, and unprofessional individual and says it's wear and tear and they can't do anything. Cursed at me and hung up the phone. Next day I call and they hang up the phone on me twice when I say hello and ask for manager ****.

    January 10,2023 around 12pm one of their employers made a sharp turn and hit my car i tried to make a report but the police were not doing their correct job and didnt make me a report in the incident my 2 year old daughter was in the car screaming and i was sitting in my car getting ready to turn on the engine and leave at the moment this happened Im just trying to get their insurance to file my Claim i have all their information but no insurance. You cant just have your employees hitting cars and trying to get away with it

    My company's truck was towed on July 8, 2022 and the tow driver damaged my vehicle. I have been phoning this company to speak with a manager/supervisor since that date to seek reimbursement and to no avail. I have contacted them via email/phone and text and they keep promising to return my call and they never do, it's been almost 3 months. Unfortunately, due to this damage we have been unable to use this truck for the past 3 months but we are still obligated to pay the rental costs for the vehicle. Breen Brothers requested that I send photos, which I did and still they are giving me the run around. I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible regarding this matter. I am now seeing reimbursement for the damages to my truck and also the reimbursement for the rental costs I have been paying for a truck that I cannot currently use due to the damages caused on 7/8/22. As a fellow business owner, I am very disappointed with the way in which this situation is being handled and will no longer utilize Breen Brothers for towing services.

    My car was towed on 7/22/2022 from where I had parked it the night before. There was only one sign on the block attached to a tree stating no parking from 8pm to 5am. I have pictures. I called the number and they told me where they towed the car to. When I found the car, the right front tire was punctured on the inside as a result of the tow. I bought a used tire the next day for $80.00 and now trying to get reimbursed for the $80.00. Called the company several times a week since the incident also sent pictures at their request and they keep telling me someone will call back and not once have they returned my call. Today I called and was disconnected and then I assumed they blocked my phone number as the call would no longer go through. I called from a different phone and the call went through. They answered and put me on hold. I hung up after several minutes and now am filing a complaint.
