    On 1/27/25, I ordered a multi-vitamin from this company. Wrong product was delivered. I contacted the company informing them of the error. They responded saying they would find a solution quickly. It's been three weeks and these *** ***** have done nothing to resolve my issue. Scam artists!

    The business has sent an email stating a refund has been issued, but it hasnt been received yet

    Hello, we provided a refund to ***** ****, he replied to the complaint that he received the refund, we are extremely sorry that we sent out the incorrect vitamins but he returned the product and we provided a refund. We provided a proof of the refund on the attachements.

    Purchased in December of 2023 never received order. Emailed company several times no response.

    This issue is resolved, just a mis-understanding.  We emailed the customer and made arrangements for a re-ship. ******** stated he received the order March 11th.

    I ordered some supplements from this company on february 25th 2024. I reached out to them several times through email and they told me that my package was shipped and then I asked him for a tracking number so that I can track the product while it gets here I paid the last response I got from this company when I email them was it was mailed out the next day and that was it I have attempted to call them and it keeps saying give us an email and we will get back with you shortly and I haven't heard anything else since.

    I ordered Dball on April 4th this year and asked when the estimated time arrival was and they said within 4-5 day and yet 8 days later Ive heard nothing else about when it going to be here I would like my money back immediately. This is my order number ***** And the tracking number they gave me was not showing that it was a real tracking number for ****

    I made transaction on 2/6 they charged my card, never notified me of updates until I was ACTUALLY able to contact them, then they sent **** tracking number. I tried that. Said it was return to sender, even though had home address and PO BOX the company never notified me.
