I ordered some supplements from this company on february 25th 2024. I reached out to them several times through email and they told me that my package was shipped and then I asked him for a tracking number so that I can track the product while it gets here I paid the last response I got from this company when I email them was it was mailed out the next day and that was it I have attempted to call them and it keeps saying give us an email and we will get back with you shortly and I haven't heard anything else since.Business response

I ordered Dball on April 4th this year and asked when the estimated time arrival was and they said within 4-5 day and yet 8 days later Ive heard nothing else about when it going to be here I would like my money back immediately. I made transaction on 2/6 they charged my card, never notified me of updates until I was ACTUALLY able to contact them, then they sent **** tracking number. I tried that. Said it was return to sender, even though had home address and PO BOX the company never notified me.Initial Complaint

This company charged my credit card $99 dollars for 3 bottles (180) of Sonus complete tinnitus pills on March 24, 2022 at 6:51 am I was sent a transaction and confirmation receipt, but no shipping receipt, tried to contact through email and phone and was unable to and had no response. I purchased a product from this website march 27th,2022 and have not heard anything from the owner no shipping updates nothing. This website is scamming people out of theyre hard earned money. Ive tried emailing the owner several times and Ive tried calling the number on the website a million times as well. I purchased a product on the website for hsv cleansing and the total came up to $79.95 I really need my refund its a shame people create businesses just to scam. Please help meBusiness response

Hello. We are sorry to hear about your order. We strive to make every customers experience the best. We did ship this out to the address provided on the 29th and shows it was delivered on the 2nd of April.( please see shipping confirmation attachment) We did notice the address has a "**** ***" under the apt. Perhaps this is where the confusion or mis-delivered package may be the fault from. WE would be more than happy to ship out another order directly to the customer once again.
