    Huge Scam - Buyer Beware! I have been going there for 5 years, solely because I purchased large packages when I first started. I am now to the point that I have about half of my packages left, and I would rather pay elsewhere than go back there for free - that is how bad they are. They are so unprofessional, so rude, and should not be in business!First of all - they have cancelled my last 3 appointments on me with almost no notice. They just say "We are sorry, but we do not have a laser tech in that day." Then why make the appointment with me? I come from out of town and plan around my appointments like most people would - so last minute cancellations consistently are just not OK.Next - when I originally purchased my packages, I showed them what areas I wanted to have lasered. They gave me a price based on that, and they have been doing my treatments for years now. All of a sudden after years, they tell me that I was missold all of those years ago, and that they can't do the full areas that they have been doing for me for years now, unless I pay substantially more. I wouldn't have paid all of that money if they told me that up front! I then said that I don't want to do business with them anymore if they are unwilling to do the original areas that I paid for and that they have been doing all of these years - not to mention that they keep cancelling on me last second. I said I wanted a refund for the remainder of my package, and that we can "part as friends". ****** said that I am not entitled to any refund because the deal that I got was "buy 9 treatments, and get the next 9 for free" - and that I was currently using my "free" treatments. So - because of the marketing ploy that the use to sign customers up - they are unwilling to refund anything despite the fact that THEY are the ones who consistently cancel on me and have changed the terms of our original contract. What awful service, and such an unprofessional place!
